本实用新型涉及一种运输装置，具体涉及一种成品玻璃运输架。
背景技术：
因为玻璃易碎，将玻璃移动需要使用玻璃运输车、运输架等等工具，现有的运输工具包括滚轮、底板和底板上方中部的具有坡度的靠板，底板向挡板方向具有一倾角，玻璃一块块地倾斜放置，通常一般使用的玻璃运输架，是由A字架、胶垫、横底价、支腿构成，它是将加工后的玻璃半成品根据不同的工艺需要，将玻璃装在运输架上，再用手动叉车，送往下道工序；从现有的玻璃运输架的使用来看，存在着一些不足，比如在运输的过程当中由于玻璃框架产生不稳定的摆动从而需要很多的辅助人员在左右扶持，造成了人力上的浪费，由于放入玻璃后，重量比较大，往往超过了起重的范围，处于长期超载运行，导致器械的损坏，造成大量的投资和维修，这是不必要的经济上的损失。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构合理、运输方便、适用度高的玻璃运输架。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现：
一种玻璃运输架，包括A字型支架，其特征在于：所述A字型支架下端连接有底座，所述底座是用来支撑整个运输架的，所述A字型支架下部安装有支撑架，所述支撑架上可以放置玻璃，所述支撑架与所述A字型支架上安装设有长方体橡皮护垫，所述橡皮护垫是用来在运输玻璃的过程中防止玻璃与运输架摩擦，造成对玻璃的损坏，当玻璃竖直放置在支撑架上过后，一面会靠在A字型支架上，以防止玻璃倾斜、掉落；
所述支撑架两侧安装有踏板，所述踏板固定在支撑架上，当运输玻璃的时候，工作人员可以站立在踏板上，方便装卸、紧固玻璃；
所述A字型支架、支撑架、踏板以及底座通过焊接或者螺丝连接，可以视为一个整体。
所述支撑架下端两侧各安装有三个滚轮，所述滚轮通过滚轮轴与支撑架连接，在运输过程中，运输架会在轨道上运动，通过滚轮与轨道相连接，方便运输架的运行，一侧安装有三个滚轮可以使运输架更加平稳的运动。
本实用新型的有益效果是：A字型支架可以很好的固定整个运输架的形状，A字型支架与支撑架上的橡皮护垫可以有效的防止玻璃的损坏，滚轮可以很好的将整个运输架快速、平稳、有效的在轨道上运动。本实用新型结构合理、适用度高、运输方便、占用人力资源少。

如图1所示，一种玻璃运输架，包括A字型支架1，A字型支架1下端连接有底座7，底座7是用来支撑整个运输架的，A字型支架1下部安装有支撑架2，支撑架2上可以放置玻璃，支撑架3与A字型支架1上安装设有长方体橡皮护垫6，支撑架2两侧安装有踏板3，所述踏板3固定在支撑架2上，支撑架2下端两侧各安装有三个滚轮4，滚轮4通过滚轮轴5与支撑架2连接，在运输过程中，运输架会在轨道上运动，通过滚轮4与轨道相连接，A字型支架1、支撑架2、踏板3、底座7通过焊接或者螺丝连接，可以视为一个整体。
