集装箱船上层建筑前部主甲板上常用于堆放集装箱，集装箱与上层建筑之间的距离不到一米，在集装箱装卸过程中，集装箱难免与上层建筑相碰，造成上层建筑的变形或者损坏，给经济带来一定的损失。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种结构简单，制作成本低，安装方便的集装箱船上层建筑防撞装置，在上层建筑前壁每层甲板处安装防撞装置，当集装箱与防撞装置相碰时，由于防撞装置有较大的强度，从而避免上层建筑的变形或者损坏。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种集装箱船上层建筑防撞装置，其特征在于：所述防撞装置包括圆钢、水平板和两肘板，圆钢连接于水平板最前端，水平板水平连接于上层建筑前壁，两肘板沿水平板上下对称连接圆钢、水平板和上层建筑前壁。
所述防撞装置沿集装箱船高度方向安装于每层甲板的前壁上，水平板与甲板平行。
所述肘板沿圆钢轴心方向间隔设置。
本实用新型的有益效果是：圆钢位于防撞装置最前端，碰撞时直接和集装箱碰撞，避免集装箱和上层建筑硬碰撞；水平板用于连接圆钢和上层建筑前壁，水平板需要和上层建筑中的各层甲板面对筋，使防撞装置安装在强构件处；肘板用于连接圆钢、水平板和上层建筑前壁，提高整个防撞装置的强度。
本实用新型在集装箱船上层建筑前壁安装防撞装置，避免集装箱在装卸过程中集装箱和上层建筑直接碰撞，从而减少因碰撞造成的经济损失。
