如图1所示，该种带握力器的哑铃，其结构包括哑铃片1和哑铃棒3，所述的哑铃棒3中间位置固定设有一个橡胶环形握力器2。所述的橡胶环形握力器2沿直径方向套置于哑铃棒3上，用密封胶固定。
使用时，根据需要将哑铃片1固定于哑铃棒3的两端，然后用手握住橡胶环形握力器2进行上下托举，可锻炼上臂肌肉，上下托举的同时均匀的抓握松开橡胶环形握力器2，可锻炼握力。
