背景技术
俯卧撑可以锻炼人们的胸肌和肱二头肌，提高锻炼者的肺活量和耐力。并且做俯卧撑时对环境、条件、场地的要求不高，简单易学，是锻炼身体的快捷、有效方式之一。现有的俯卧撑器虽然可以避免造成锻炼者手掌的损伤和衣物的污渍，但无法科学、准确调整和固定俯卧撑器之间的距离，达不到很好的锻炼效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能调整和固定俯卧撑器之间距离的可调距离的俯卧撑器。
