本实用新型涉及一种烧结机箅条。
背景技术
常用烧结机箅条上顶面为平面，烧结机箅条组装在烧结机台车上，台车横梁上放置隔热垫，然后安装箅条。工作时，箅条上均匀堆放烧结料，进入煤气炉中加热烧结。煤气燃烧后的高温气流自上而下穿过烧结料、箅条，冷却后经抽风机排出。燃烧后的高温气流最高时可以将烧结料、箅条加热到1100～1200℃，烧结后出炉冷却、卸料，此时箅条的温度降低到室温，然后重新铺料，重新烧结，重复下一个烧结循环。箅条在工作时承受高温到室温，室温到高温的温度交变，长期的热交变应力使得箅条产生上拱变形。

爪部位于箅条体的下面左右对称；圆弧过渡位于箅条头的下侧面和爪部的外侧面，并成一个整体。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于：本实用新型烧结机箅条上顶面为向下的凹面，采用预变形的方法防止箅条热疲劳变形，可以有效提高箅条的使用寿命。
