Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings so that the objects, features and advantages of the invention can be more clearly understood. It should be understood that the embodiments shown in the drawings are not intended as limitations on the scope of the invention, but are merely illustrative of the true spirit of the technical solution of the invention. It should be noted that, in the present specification, upper, lower, left, right, front, and rear refer to directions in the drawings of each member and a specific structure in each member, and are not intended to limit the directions thereof in practical use.
Figure 1 shows a hidden hinge of the prior art and its mounting on the door and side panels. As shown in fig. 1, the hinge assembly 3 includes a hinge main body 32, an upper hinge base 31, and a lower hinge base 33, the hinge main body 32 having upper and lower hinge pins 321, 322, a groove 312 on the upper hinge base 31 accommodating the hinge pin 321, and a groove 332 on the lower hinge base 33 accommodating the hinge pin 322. The side of the upper hinge seat 31 is provided with a hanging platform 311, and the side of the lower hinge seat 33 is provided with a hanging platform 331. The side wall of the door 2 is provided with the hole 21, and the side wall of the side plate 1a is provided with the hole 1a1, so that when the upper hinge seat 31 and the door 2 are assembled, the side wall of the door 2 is deformed outwards due to the extrusion of the hanging table 311, so that the hanging table 311 can reach the hole 21, and the upper hinge seat 31 is prevented from being easily separated from the groove of the door 2. Similarly, when the lower hinge seat 33 and the side plate 1a are assembled, the side wall of the side plate 1a will be deformed outward due to the pressing of the hanging table 331, so that the hanging table 331 can reach the hole 1a1, thereby preventing the upper hinge seat 33 from being easily removed from the groove of the side plate 1 a. In the scheme, the upper hinge seat and the lower hinge seat are installed in the container through the matching of a lug boss on the hinge seat, a side plate and an installation hole on the door. However, when the installation is completed, the installation hole and the boss on the hinge base are still visible in appearance of the container.
Fig. 2 to 5 show a first embodiment of the hinge fixing structure of the present invention. Compared with the fixing structure shown in fig. 1, the appearance is improved due to the elimination of the holes in the side walls, and the strength of the hinge mounting portion is also improved to some extent.
As shown in fig. 2-3, the hinge assembly 3 is similar in construction to that of fig. 1. In contrast, the upper hinge base 31 has two branches 311 and 312 with bosses for positioning, and the lower hinge base 33 has two branches 331 and 332 with bosses. Branches 311 and 312 are similar in structure to branches 331 and 332, and only branches 331 and 332 on either side of the lower hinge base will be described as examples. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the branches 331 and 332 are elastic pieces integrally extended from the two sides 33a and 33b of the lower hinge base near the lower surface 33c of the lower hinge base, and bosses 331a and 332a are provided at the ends of the elastic pieces. The bosses 331a, 332a are adapted to mate with a hanging shelf in a recess 1a1 in the side panel 1a when the lower hinge mount 31 is installed in the recess so that the lower hinge mount 33 will not fall out of the side panel 1a after installation, as will be described in more detail below.
The groove 1a1 is located between two side walls 1a20 and 1a21 of the side plate 1a, and the groove 1a1 is provided with positioning ribs 1a11 and 1a12 and hanging platforms 1a13 and 1a14 for limiting. As shown more clearly in fig. 3, the positioning ribs 1a11, 1a12 are two columns extending from the bottom surface of the groove, and the cross-sectional shape of the columns can be selected as required, and in this embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the columns is rectangular. The distance between the positioning rib 1a11 and the positioning rib 1a12 may be determined according to the distance between the two branches 331 and 332 on the lower hinge base 33, so that the hinge base is prevented from moving left and right by the cooperation of the positioning rib and the branches. The hanging stands 1a13, 1a14 are tabs extending from both sides of the mouth of the groove. When the lower hinge base is mounted into the side panel 1a, the bosses 331a, 332a are engaged with the hanging stands 1a13, 1a14, respectively, so that the lower hinge base does not come out from the mouth of the recess 1a 1.
Similarly, the side door 2 has a groove 21 between both side walls, and the groove 21 has the same structure as the groove 1a1, i.e., positioning ribs 211, 212 and hanging bases 213, 214 are provided therein, and the hanging bases 213 and 214 are respectively engaged with the branches 311 and 312 so that the upper hinge base does not come out of the mouth of the groove 21.
Fig. 4 and 5 illustrate the installation of the hinge assembly 3 provided with the hinge fixing structure into the side plate 1a or the door 2, here, only the installation of the above hinge housing 31 to the door 2 is taken as an example. When the upper hinge base 31 is installed in the recess 21 of the door 2, the positioning ribs 211, 212 will first contact the upper hinge base 31 and make it unable to move easily in the left-right direction, at this time, because the hanging platforms 213, 214 on the recess 21 block the branch 331 and 332 from entering the recess 21, the branch 331, 332 will bend and deform inwards due to its own elasticity, as shown in fig. 3, when the distance between its two sides is not larger than the distance between the hanging platforms 213, 214, it can enter the recess 21. As shown in fig. 5, when the upper hinge base 31 is completely fitted into the recess 21 of the door 2, the hanging stands 213 and 214 restrict the bosses of the branches 331 and 332 from moving toward the mouth of the recess, thus achieving the mounting of the upper hinge base 31 to the door 2. The lower hinge base 3 and the side plate 1a are mounted in the same manner, and will not be described in detail.
Fig. 6 to 9 show another embodiment of the hinge fixing structure of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the hinge assembly 3 is similar in structure to the above-described embodiments, except for the fixing structure of the hinge. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the upper hinge base 31 has hanging bases 314 and 315 and an elastic piece 313 for positioning, and the lower hinge base 33 also has hanging bases 334 and 335 and an elastic piece 333. The hanging bases 314 and 215 are protrusions respectively positioned at the left and right sides of the upper part of the front side (or the rear side) of the upper hinge base, and the elastic piece 313 is a thin sheet integrally extending from the upper part of the right side (or the left side) of the upper hinge base. The hanging platforms 334 and 335 on the lower hinge base 33 are protrusions respectively located on the left and right sides of the lower front (or rear) side of the lower hinge base, and the elastic sheet 333 is a thin sheet integrally extending from the upper right side of the lower hinge base. The hanging table is matched with the hanging grooves in the grooves of the door and the side plate, so that when the upper hinge seat and the lower hinge seat are installed on the door and the side plate, the hinge seats cannot be separated from the groove openings.
As shown in the figure, the door 2 has a groove 21 between two side walls, and hanging grooves 215, 216 for limiting are arranged in the groove 21, and the hanging grooves are L-shaped. The side plate 1a is provided with a groove 1a1 between the two side walls 1a20 and 1a21, and hanging grooves 1a15 and 1a16 are arranged in the groove 1a 1. The cross-sectional shape of the hanging grooves 215 and 216 matches the shape of the hanging table, and the distance between the hanging grooves 215 and 216 is set according to the distance between the hanging tables 314 and 315, so that the hanging tables 314 and 315 can be snapped into the hanging grooves 215 and 216 and cannot be pulled out of the hanging grooves after the installation is completed. The hanging grooves 1a15, 1a16 and the hanging grooves 215, 216 have the same structure, and are not described in detail here.
Fig. 8 to 9 illustrate the installation of the hinge assembly 3 provided with the hinge fixing structure of the present embodiment into the side plate 1a or the door 2, here exemplified only by the installation of the above hinge base 31 into the door 2.
When the upper hinge base 31 is fitted into the recess 21 of the door 2, the upper hinge base 31 is slightly shifted to the right side first so that the hanging platforms 314, 315 can enter the hanging grooves 215, 216 from the side, and at this time, the elastic piece 313 of the upper hinge base 31 is deformed downward due to being blocked by the structure of the side of the recess 21, as shown in fig. 8. At this time, the upper hinge base 31 is continuously pushed to the left side, the hanging platforms 314 and 315 enter the hanging grooves 215 and 216, and at this time, the elastic piece 313 is no longer blocked by the side structure of the groove 21 and restores to the free form, so that the elastic piece 313 can prevent the upper hinge base 31 from moving to the right side, and the upper hinge base 31 cannot be easily separated from the hanging groove, namely the upper hinge base 31 cannot be easily separated from the groove 21, thereby realizing the installation of the upper hinge base 31 to the door 2. The lower hinge base 3 and the side plate 1a are mounted in the same manner.
Fig. 10 to 13 show still another embodiment of the hinge fixing structure of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the hinge assembly 3 is similar in structure to the above two embodiments, except for the fixing structure of the hinge. As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the upper hinge base 31 has hanging bases 317a and 317b and positioning grooves 318a and 318b, and the lower hinge base 33 also has hanging bases 337a and 337b and positioning grooves 338a and 338 b. The hanging bases 317a and 317b are ribs integrally projected from the left and right sides of the upper hinge base, respectively, and the positioning groove 318 is a groove provided on the front and rear sides at a substantially middle position of the upper hinge base. The hanging platforms 337a and 337b on the lower hinge base 33 are protrusions respectively located at lower portions of left and right sides of the lower hinge base, and the positioning groove 338 is a groove provided on front and rear sides at a middle position of the lower hinge base. The hanging table and the positioning groove are respectively matched with the limiting bulges and the elastic hooks in the grooves of the door and the side plate, so that when the upper hinge seat and the lower hinge seat are installed on the door and the side plate, the hinge seat cannot be separated from the groove opening part.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the door 2 has a groove 21 between two side walls, a limiting protrusion 218a, 218b for limiting is provided at the bottom of the groove 21, and an elastic hook 217a, 217b extends downwards from the mouth of the groove, and is a substantially L-shaped plate. The side plate 1a is provided with a groove 1a1 between two side walls 1a20 and 1a21, the bottom of the groove 1a1 is provided with limit protrusions 1a18a and 1a18b, and the mouth parts of the grooves extend downwards to form elastic hooks 1a17a and 1a17 b. The retainer tabs 218a, 218b are posts that extend integrally from the bottom and have no particular shape or size, so long as they match the shape or size of the detents 318a, 318 b. There is no particular requirement for the shape and size of the elastic hooks 217a and 217b, as long as they can be engaged with the hanging platforms 317a and 317b, so that the hanging platforms 317a and 317b can be snapped into the elastic hooks 217a and 217b and will not be released from the hanging slots after the installation is completed. In this embodiment, the elastic hooks 217a and 217b are substantially L-shaped. The limiting protrusions 1a18a, 1a18b and the elastic hooks 1a17a, 1a17b are respectively identical in structure with the limiting protrusions 218a, 218b and the elastic hooks 217a, 217b, and are not described in detail herein.
Fig. 12 to 13 show the process of installing the hinge assembly 3 provided with the hinge fixing structure of the present embodiment into the side plate 1a or the door 2, here, only the installation of the above hinge housing 31 to the door 2 is exemplified.
When the upper hinge base 31 is installed in the groove 21 of the door 2, the positioning grooves 318a, 318b of the upper hinge base 31 are first aligned with the limit protrusions 218a, 218b in the groove 21 of the door 2, and the upper hinge base 31 is pressed into the groove 21, at which time the hanging stands 317a, 317b on the upper hinge base 31 press the elastic hooks 217a, 217b, so that the elastic hooks are deformed to allow the positioning grooves 318a, 318b to enter the limit protrusions 218a, 218 b. When the positioning groove completely enters the limit protrusion, the elastic hooks 217a and 217b restore to a free form, so that the hinge base 31 cannot be easily separated from the groove 21 by the elastic hooks 217a and 217b, thereby realizing the installation of the upper hinge base 31 to the door 2. The lower hinge base 3 and the side plate 1a are mounted in the same manner.
In the above embodiments, the fixing structure for mounting the hinge to the door or the side plate has a simple structure, is convenient to mount, and after mounting, when the door is closed, the hinge assembly cannot be seen from the appearance, so that the appearance of the product is further improved. Moreover, because the hinge is completely installed between the two walls of the door or the side plate, no hinge installation hole is formed on the side walls of the door and the side plate, so that the strength of the hinge installation part on the door and the side plate is improved to a certain extent.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, but it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made by those skilled in the art after reading the above teaching of the present invention. Such equivalents are intended to fall within the scope of the claims appended hereto.
