Detailed Description
In the following description, reference is made to or shown in the accompanying drawings for the purpose of illustrating the general principles of the invention, and not for the purpose of limiting the same.
Please refer to fig. 1 to 4, which are schematic views illustrating a supporting device according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The support device 100 is used for supporting a display (not shown), such as a computer screen. The supporting device 100 includes: the appearance support comprises an appearance support 10, a base 20, two sliding rail assemblies 30, a connecting assembly 40, an elastic assembly 50, a top limiting member 60 and a top cover 70.
Two slide rail receiving grooves 10A and an elastic member receiving groove 10B are formed inside the exterior supporting member 10, and a sliding space (not shown) is further formed inside the exterior supporting member 10 between the two slide rail receiving grooves 10A and the elastic member slide rail receiving groove 10A. The two slide rail receiving grooves 10A are disposed facing each other, and the elastic member receiving groove 10B is located between the two slide rail receiving grooves 10A. Each slide rail receiving groove 10A is used for receiving one slide rail assembly 30. The elastic member receiving groove 10B is used for receiving the elastic member 50.
One end of the appearance support 10 is formed with a port 10C, and the port 10C is communicated with the slide rail receiving groove 10A. One side of the appearance support 10 is formed with a side opening 10D, and the side opening 10D communicates with the slide rail accommodating groove 10A. The other end of the appearance support 10 and the base 20 are fixed to each other. The appearance supporting member 10 is a member that can be directly viewed when a consumer purchases the product, and other members for beautifying the appearance may not be provided outside the appearance supporting member 10.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the two slide rail assemblies 30 are disposed in the two slide rail receiving grooves 10A; more specifically, each slide rail assembly 30 may be disposed in the slide rail receiving groove 10A through the port 10C. Each slide rail assembly 30 includes: an outer rail 31, a stop 32 and an inner slide 33.
As shown in fig. 5 to 9, the outer rail 31 includes a bottom wall 311 and two side walls 312, the two side walls 312 are formed by extending two opposite sides of the bottom wall 311 in the same direction, and the bottom wall 311 and the two side walls 312 together form a sliding groove 30A.
The stopper 32 is integrally formed with the outer rail 31, and the stopper 32 is provided at one end of the outer rail 31. The stop structure 32 may be formed by bending and extending the bottom wall 311 outwards. The stopping structure 32 is bent to approach the two side walls 312, and the stopping structure 32 correspondingly covers one end of the outer rail 31, so that the stopping structure 32 can block the inner sliding member 33 from leaving the sliding slot 30A. Specifically, one end of the outer rail 31 may not be bent to form the stopper 32 before the inner sliding member 33 is installed, and after the inner sliding member 33 is inserted into the sliding groove 30A of the outer rail 31, a person or a machine may bend one end of the bottom wall 311 to form the stopper 32.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, when the slide rail assembly 30 is correspondingly disposed in the slide rail receiving groove 10A, the stopping structure 32 is abutted against an end surface 101 of the appearance supporting member 10, which is formed with the port 10C, and the stopping structure 32 can limit the moving range of the slide rail assembly 30 relative to the appearance supporting member 10. More specifically, the range of movement of the slide rail assembly 30 in a radial direction of the appearance support 10 (i.e., the Y-axis of the coordinate axes shown in fig. 4) is limited by the sidewall forming the slide rail receiving groove 10A, and the range of movement of the slide rail assembly 30 in an axial direction (i.e., the Z-axis of the coordinate axes shown in fig. 4) relative to the appearance support 10 toward the base 20 is limited by the stop structure 32 and the end surface 101 of the appearance support 10 abutting against each other.
In a specific implementation, a side of each sidewall 312 opposite to the other sidewall 312 is defined as an outer side, and a portion of the stopping structure 32 protrudes from two outer sides of each sidewall 312, so that when the slide rail assembly 30 is disposed in the slide rail receiving groove 10A, the portion of the stopping structure 32 protruding from the outer sides of the two sidewalls 312 can correspondingly abut against the end surface 101 of the appearance supporting member 10. It should be noted that, as long as at least a portion of the stopping structure 32 can abut against the end surface 101 of the end of the appearance supporting member 10 where the port 10C is formed when the slide rail assembly 30 is disposed in the slide rail receiving groove 10A, the shape of the stopping structure 32 can be changed arbitrarily.
As described above, by the design of the stopping structure 32 of each slide rail assembly 30, each slide rail assembly 30 can be fixed in the appearance supporting member 10 only by the stopping structure 32, that is, the outer rail 31 can be mutually fixed with the appearance supporting member 10 without any locking member, so that the overall volume of the appearance supporting member 10 can be greatly reduced.
As shown in fig. 6 to 10, the inner slider 33 is fitted to the outer rail 31, and the inner slider 33 is slidable with respect to the outer rail 31; in practical applications, a plurality of balls may be disposed between the inner slide 33 and the outer rail 31, and the plurality of balls may enable the inner slide 33 to slide relative to the outer rail 31 more smoothly. The inner slides 33 of the two rail assemblies 30 are connected to the connecting assembly 40, and the display fixed to the connecting assembly 40 is movable relative to the appearance support 10 by the inner slides 33. The shape of the inner sliding member 33 and the connection manner with the outer rail 31 may vary according to requirements, and the illustration is only an example, and is not limited thereto.
The inner sliding member 33 has a top wall 331 and two side walls 332, two opposite sides of the top wall 331 extend in the same direction to form two side walls 332, the two side walls 332 are disposed opposite to each other, the top wall 331 and the two side walls 332 jointly form a receiving slot 33A, and the top wall 331 has a plurality of locking holes 3311.
The connecting assembly 40 may include a connecting body 41 and a connecting member 42. The connecting body 41 is used to connect with the display, and the connecting body 41 may be a member provided with a torsion spring according to the requirement, which is not limited herein. The connecting member 42 is fixedly disposed on the connecting body 41. The connecting member 42 may be provided with a plurality of restricting pieces 43, 43A. In practical applications, the restricting member 43 may be a locking member that is locked with the locking hole 421 of the connecting member 42, or the restricting member 43A may be a boss integrally formed with the connecting member 42, and is not limited herein. In the drawings of the present embodiment, a part of the limiting member 43 of the connecting member 42 is a locking member (e.g., a screw), and another part of the limiting member 43A is a boss integrally formed with the connecting member 42, that is, the connecting member 40 is provided with two different forms of limiting members 43, but not limited thereto, and in different embodiments, the connecting member 40 may also be provided with only one form of limiting member 43 (43A).
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, when the connecting assembly 40 and the inner slide member 33 are fixed to each other, a portion of each restricting member 43(43A) is located between the two side walls 332 and correspondingly abuts against each restricting member 43(43A), so that the two side walls 332 are restricted from being deformed in a direction in which they approach each other. That is, by providing each of the stoppers 43(43A), the structural strength of the two side walls 332 of the inner slide member 33 can be enhanced, and the problem that the two side walls 332 are easily deformed can be avoided, so that the service life of the entire inner slide member 33 can be increased. The number and shape of the restricting members 43(43A) can be varied according to requirements, and the illustration is only an example, but not limited thereto.
In practical applications, each of the side walls 332 of the inner sliding member 33 may be of a flexible structure, and the minimum distance between the two side walls 332 of the inner sliding member 33 may be smaller than the width of the limiting member 43(43A), so that when the limiting member 43(43A) is located in the receiving slot 33A, the two side walls 332 can correspondingly clamp the limiting member 43(43A), and the limiting member 43(43A) can effectively limit the deformation of the two side walls 332 of the inner sliding member 33 in the direction approaching each other.
As shown in fig. 2, 11 and 12, the elastic member 50 includes a fixing member 51, a plurality of constant force springs 52 and an auxiliary engaging member 53. The fixing member 51 may be a plate-shaped structure, and the fixing member 51 may be correspondingly disposed in the elastic member receiving groove 10B of the appearance supporting member 10, and a movable range of the fixing member 51 in the radial direction with respect to the appearance supporting member 10 will be limited by a sidewall forming the elastic member receiving groove 10B. One end of the fixing member 51 may be extended and bent to form an abutting structure 511, when the fixing member 51 is disposed in the elastic component accommodation slot 10B, the abutting structure 511 will abut against the end surface 101 of the appearance supporting member 10 correspondingly, and the moving range of the fixing member 51 relative to the appearance supporting member 10 along the axial direction toward the direction of the base 20 will be limited by the abutting structure 511 and the end surface 101 of the appearance supporting member 10 abutting against each other.
One ends 521 of the constant force springs 52 are fixedly provided to the fixing member 51. The auxiliary coupler 53 is fixed to the other ends of the plurality of constant force springs 52, and the auxiliary coupler 53 is connected to the connection assembly 40. When the connecting assembly 40 moves relative to the appearance supporting member 10 through the two inner sliding members 33, the connecting assembly 40 drives the auxiliary engaging member 53 to move, so that the auxiliary engaging member 53 moves relative to the fixing member 51, and the constant force springs 52 are stretched, thereby enabling the supporting device 100 to achieve the effect of being adjusted and stopped at any time.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4 again, the top limiting member 60 may have a plurality of locking holes 601 and a plurality of limiting portions 61, and the end surface 101 of the appearance supporting member 10 may be formed with corresponding locking holes 601, and the top limiting member 60 may be locked to the end surface 101 of the appearance supporting member 10 by a plurality of locking members (e.g., screws). When the top limiting member 60 is locked on the end surface 101 of the appearance supporting member 10, the limiting portions 61 of the top limiting member 60 correspondingly abut against the stopping structures 32 and the abutting structures 511, and the limiting portions 61 can limit the sliding rail assemblies 30 and the elastic assembly 50 from moving in a direction away from the base 20 relative to the appearance supporting member 10. It should be noted that, as long as at least a portion of the top-limiting member 60 can be abutted against each of the stopping structures 32 and the abutting structures 511 when the top-limiting member 60 is fixedly disposed on the end surface 101 of the appearance supporting member 10, the shape of the top-limiting member 60 can be arbitrarily changed. In different embodiments, the top limit-limiting member 60 may also be fixed to the end surface 101 of the appearance supporting member 10 by a snap-fit method, which is not limited to a fixed manner of locking. The top cover 70 is fixedly disposed at one end of the appearance support 10 where the port 10C is formed, so as to shield the port 10C.
It is particularly emphasized that, in various embodiments, the supporting device 100 may only include a single slide rail receiving groove 10A and a single slide rail assembly 30, and the supporting device 100 is not limited to have two slide rail receiving grooves 10A and two slide rail assemblies 30.
Please refer to fig. 13, which is a schematic view illustrating a slide rail assembly of the supporting device according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the biggest difference between the present embodiment and the previous embodiment is: the stop structure 32A may be formed by extending and bending two side walls 312 of the outer rail 31, instead of extending and bending the bottom wall.
Referring to fig. 14 and 15 together, fig. 14 is an exploded schematic view of a slide rail assembly and a connecting member according to a third embodiment of the supporting device of the present invention, and fig. 15 is a partially exploded schematic view of the third embodiment of the supporting device of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the biggest difference between the present embodiment and the previous embodiment is: the stopping structure 32 of the previous embodiment is formed by extending the bottom wall 311 of the outer rail 31, and the stopping structure 322B of the present embodiment is formed on the stopping member 32B independent from the outer rail 31.
Further, each slide rail assembly 30 of the present embodiment includes: an outer rail 31, a stopper 32B and an inner slide 33. The inner slider 33 is fitted to the outer rail 31, and the inner slider 33 is slidable with respect to the outer rail 31. The stopper 32B has a body 321B and a stopper structure 322B, the body 321B may be a sheet structure, the body 321B is fixedly disposed on one side of the outer rail 31, and the stopper 32B may be fixed on one side of the outer rail 31 by screw locking, bonding, or fastening. For a detailed description of the inner sliding member 33, please refer to the foregoing embodiments, which are not described herein.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 15, when the slide rail assembly 30 is correspondingly disposed in the slide rail receiving groove 10A, the stopping structure 322B abuts against an end surface 101 of the appearance supporting member 10, which is formed with the port 10C, and the stopping structure 322B can limit the moving range of the slide rail assembly 30 relative to the appearance supporting member 10.
The above is only the feasible embodiment of preferred of the utility model, not the limitation the patent scope of the utility model, so all use the equivalent technical change that the content of description and drawing was done of the utility model discloses all contain in the protection scope of the utility model.
