本实用新型的目的是提供一种生产简单、价格便宜、使用方便的汽车驾乘人员安全帽。 
实现上述目的的技术方案是：汽车驾乘人员用安全帽，包括安全帽壳体，其特征在于：在安全帽壳体的内侧设有发泡塑料层，在安全帽壳体内腔的上部固定连接有环周的环形金属圈，使佩戴者的头部上方与安全帽的壳体之间形成缓冲腔。 
   本实用新型通过在安全帽壳体的内侧设置发泡塑料，可以明显减轻头部撞击所受的伤害，并且发泡塑料具有价格便宜，缓冲性能较好等优点，同时在安全帽壳体内腔的上部固定连接有环周的环形金属圈，使佩戴者的头部上方与安全帽的壳体之间形成缓冲腔，提高了本实用新型的缓冲空间，大大降低意外事故对人头部的伤害。 
本实用新型的发泡塑料层的厚度为2-4厘米，安全可靠，大方美观。
