背景技术
在汽车发动机进气系统管路设计中，为了实现两根硬质塑料管的连接，一般需要在两根硬管之间借助一段软管而实现。设计较复杂，成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种结构简单，可实现快速连接和拆卸的硬质塑料管快装接口。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型可采取下述技术方案：
本实用新型所述的硬质塑料管快装接口，包括插入接口和接收接口，所述插入接口外周面设置有限位环，在所述限位环一侧的外壁上设置有定位块；在所述接收接口外壁上沿端部向内开设有与所述定位块相适应的T形定位拆装槽。
所述定位块为梯形块。
本实用新型优点在于结构简单、加工成本低；可以实现两根硬质塑料管的快速连接与拆卸。

如图所示，本实用新型所述的硬质塑料管快装接口，包括插入接口1和接收接口2，所述插入接口1外周面设置有限位环3，在所述限位环3一侧的外壁上设置有定位块4；在所述接收接口2外壁上沿端部向内开设有与所述定位块4相适应的T形定位拆装槽5；所述定位块4为梯形块。安装时，插入接口1上的定位块4沿弹性定位拆装槽5插入，接收接口2在弹性定位拆装槽5周围做适当弹性变形，加之定位块4为梯形块，很容易实现插入接口1和接收接口2的快速装配。拆卸时，先逆时针旋转插入接口1，由于梯形定位块4和弹性定位拆装槽5的开设，定位块4促使定位拆装槽5做适当弹性变形，再对插入接口1施加向外的力而实现接口的拆卸。

1.一种硬质塑料管快装接口，包括插入接口（1）和接收接口（2），其特征在于：所述插入接口（1）外周面设置有限位环（3），在所述限位环（3）一侧的外壁上设置有定位块（4）；在所述接收接口（2）外壁上沿端部向内开设有与所述定位块（4）相适应的T形定位拆装槽（5）。
