Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种单轨吊集装箱卸料门联动装置，它是在其中一扇底卸门的底部上焊接两个能托起另一扇门的托爪，在底卸门两端分别焊接上挂钩；在单轨吊起吊梁两端分别安装上定滑轮，原存放在链盒内起吊葫芦的起重链剩余端绕过定滑轮后自然下垂至底卸门敞开的位置点上，底卸门的挂钩勾在起重链剩余端的环扣上。当集装箱卸料后，远距离操控起吊葫芦使集装箱下放时，起重链下垂端便上提，底卸门随之闭合，从而起到联动作用，不再人工操作。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及矿山井下用的单轨吊集装箱。 
背景技术
目前有的煤矿井下使用单轨吊机车运输，并采用8吨底卸式双开门集装箱，装载量大、卸料方便，大大提高了运输效率。由于集装箱两扇底卸门重达300公斤，每次卸料后关门时依靠人工托起卸料门，然后进行闭锁，给操作人员的安全构成威胁。 
发明内容
为解决集装箱卸料门的安全闭锁问题，本实用新型设计一种单轨吊集装箱卸料门联动装置。 
技术方案是：一种单轨吊集装箱卸料门联动装置，它是在其中一扇底卸门的底部上焊接两个能托起另一扇门的托爪，在底卸门两端分别焊接上挂钩；在单轨吊起吊梁两端分别安装上定滑轮，原存放在链盒内起吊葫芦的起重链剩余端绕过定滑轮后自然下垂至底卸门敞开的位置点上，底卸门的挂钩勾在起重链剩余端的环扣上。 
本实用新型的优点是：当集装箱卸料后，远距离操控起吊葫芦使集装箱下放时，起重链下垂端便上提，底卸门随之闭合，从而起到联动作用，不再人工操作。

如图1所示，一种单轨吊集装箱卸料门联动装置，它是在其中一扇底卸门1的底部上焊接两个能托起另一扇门的托爪2，并在底卸门1两端分别焊接上挂钩3；在单轨吊起吊梁两端分别安装上定滑轮4，原存放在链盒内起吊葫芦的起重链剩余端5绕过定滑轮4后自然下垂至底卸门敞开的位置点上，底卸门的挂钩3勾在起重链剩余端5的环扣上。

1.一种单轨吊集装箱卸料门联动装置，其特征在于，它是在其中一扇底卸门的底部上焊接两个能托起另一扇门的托爪，在底卸门两端分别焊接上挂钩；在单轨吊起吊梁两端分别安装上定滑轮，原存放在链盒内起吊葫芦的起重链剩余端绕过定滑轮后自然下垂至底卸门敞开的位置点上，底卸门的挂钩勾在起重链剩余端的环扣上。
