本实用新型公开一种薄膜电晕装置的夹边机构,包括有分置于两侧用来安装导向辊、冷却辊和电晕辊的墙板,其特征在于:所述两侧墙板于冷却辊和电晕辊之间的相对位置上分别安装有相向悬伸在墙板的内侧、用以夹住穿绕在冷却辊和电晕辊之间的薄膜的两边、且悬伸端往电晕辊侧倾斜的滚辘组。本实用新型采用滚辘组夹住薄膜的两边,薄膜的移动会带动滚辘组对滚,并且滚辘组的悬伸端往薄膜的前进方向侧倾斜一定角度。当两侧的滚辘组对滚夹住薄膜的两边时,夹住的薄膜在往前移动的同时,会分别向外侧产生位移,因此会夹住薄膜向两侧拉伸绷紧,使得绕在电晕辊上的薄膜不起皱,从而杜绝反面电晕的产生。

本实用新型涉及薄膜制造技术领域,尤其是涉及到薄膜电晕装置。 
背景技术
薄膜是一种主要的包装复合基材,在印涂前需要对其表面进行电晕处理。原因是薄膜的表面非常光滑,表面吸附力低,印涂料容易脱落,所以薄膜在印涂前必需进行电晕处理。电晕处理是利用薄膜作为介质阻挡放电,使薄膜的印涂面形成凹凸不平的表面,以提高其表面吸附力。 
传统的薄膜电晕处理装置均是利用导向辊和电晕辊,使流延膜绷紧穿绕于其中,通过压辊把流延膜压紧在电晕辊上以提供输送流延膜的动力,由电晕发生器对绕在电晕辊上的流延膜的外表面进行电晕处理。由于薄膜要穿绕多根辊组,在辊上容易起皱、不平整,当穿绕在电晕辊时,起皱、不平整的薄膜与电晕辊之间会夹带空气,进行电晕处理时,就会产生反面电晕。因此,有必要对现有的电晕装置进行改进,使得穿绕在电晕辊上的薄膜不起皱、平整从而杜绝反面电晕的产生。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种可令薄膜平整地、不起皱地穿绕在电晕辊上的夹边机构。 
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种薄膜电晕装置的夹边机构,包括有分置于两侧用来安装导向辊、冷却辊和电晕辊的墙板,其特征在于:所述两侧墙板于冷却辊和电晕辊之间的相对位置上分别安装有相向悬伸在墙板的内侧、用以夹住穿绕在冷却辊和电晕辊之间的薄膜的两边、且悬伸端往电晕辊侧倾斜的滚辘组。 
在上述基础上,所述墙板上安装一支座,支座通过螺纹紧固件安装一可在冷却辊和电晕辊之间摆动的摆架,滚辘组的滚辘通过心轴平行地安装在摆架上。 
在上述基础上,所述滚辘组其中的第一滚辘的心轴与摆架的安装采用偏心轴 安装,第二滚辘的心轴与摆架铰接、且与一可驱动其摆向/离第一滚辘的气缸连接安装。 
采用本实用新型所带来的有益效果:本实用新型采用滚辘组夹住薄膜的两边,薄膜的移动会带动滚辘组对滚,并且滚辘组的悬伸端往薄膜的前进方向侧倾斜一定角度。当两侧的滚辘组对滚夹住薄膜的两边时,夹住的薄膜在往前移动的同时,会分别向外侧产生位移,因此会夹住薄膜向两侧拉伸绷紧,使得绕在电晕辊上的薄膜不起皱,从而杜绝反面电晕的产生。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种薄膜电晕装置的夹边机构,包括有分置于两侧用来安装导向辊、冷却辊和电晕辊的墙板1,所述两侧墙板1于冷却辊2和电晕辊3之间的相对位置上分别安装有相向悬伸在墙板1的内侧、用以夹住穿绕在冷却辊2和电晕辊3之间的薄膜4的两边、且悬伸端往电晕辊3侧倾斜的滚辘组5。 
在本实施例中,所述墙板1上安装一支座6,支座6通过螺纹紧固件7安装一可在冷却辊2和电晕辊3之间摆动的摆架8,滚辘组5的滚辘通过心轴平行地安装在摆架8上。利用摆架8安装滚辘组5,可根据实际情况调节滚辘组5所需摆动的角度,然后用螺纹紧固件7紧固来保持滚辘组5的倾斜。 
滚辘组5其中的第一滚辘5.1的心轴9与摆架8的安装采用偏心轴安装,第二滚辘5.2的心轴10与摆架8铰接、且与一可驱动其摆向/离第一滚辘5.1的气缸11连接安装。考虑到加工尺寸上的误差,两根滚辘的中心距难免出现偏差,因此将其中一滚辘5.1采用偏心轴安装,这样可以调节两根滚辘之间的中心距。而另一滚辘5.2设成与摆架8铰接,这样可以在开始穿绕薄膜时,方便将薄膜夹在滚辘组5内。

1.一种薄膜电晕装置的夹边机构,包括有分置于两侧用来安装导向辊、冷却辊和电晕辊的墙板,其特征在于:所述两侧墙板于冷却辊和电晕辊之间的相对位置上分别安装有相向悬伸在墙板的内侧、用以夹住穿绕在冷却辊和电晕辊之间的薄膜的两边、且悬伸端往电晕辊侧倾斜的滚辘组。
2.根据权利要求1所述的薄膜电晕装置的夹边机构,其特征在于:所述墙板上安装一支座,支座通过螺纹紧固件安装一可在冷却辊和电晕辊之间摆动的摆架,滚辘组的滚辘通过心轴平行地安装在摆架上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的薄膜电晕装置的夹边机构,其特征在于:所述滚辘组其中的第一滚辘的心轴与摆架的安装采用偏心轴安装,第二滚辘的心轴与摆架铰接、且与一可驱动其摆向/离第一滚辘的气缸连接安装。
