背景技术
原有履带板制备方法只采用台虎钳及垫块作为装夹工具，此方法难以确保定位销中心线与履带板平面的角度尺寸符合设计图纸要求，机加工后的定位销中心距精度很难保证。在实际装机过程中难以安装，严重影响产品质量，容易产生次（废）品，影响生产效率。
实用新型内容
为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，本实用新型提供一种结构简单、操作方便的用于制备多系列履带板的夹具套件。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种用于制备多系列履带板的夹具套件，包括有底板，其特征在于：所述底板上表面的两侧分别固定有挡板，位于挡板内侧的底板上表面分别固定有左、右支撑板，位于左、右支撑板内侧的底板上表面分别固定有多个锁紧螺帽，所述挡板、左、右支撑板以及多个锁紧螺帽的端面均为斜坡面，所述左、右支撑板的端面上分别设有开槽。
所述的用于制备多系列履带板的夹具套件，其特征在于：所述底板的两侧分别设有方槽。
通过与履带板相关尺寸吻合的角度面、固定形状特征作为定位基准，由通用螺栓配以特制开口垫圈作为紧固件。这样可以有效保证履带板机加工精度及平稳性，并在很大程度上提高加工效率，同时能够给其他型号尺寸的履带板提供制作样板，方法简单快捷。

具体实施方式
参见图1，一种用于制备多系列履带板的夹具套件，包括有底板1，底板1上表面的两侧分别固定有挡板2，位于挡板2内侧的底板上表面分别固定有左、右支撑板3、4，位于左、右支撑板3、4内侧的底板1上表面分别固定有二个锁紧螺帽5，挡板2、左、右支撑板3、4以及二个锁紧螺帽5的端面均为斜坡面，左、右支撑板3、4的端面上分别设有开槽6。
底板1的两侧分别设有方槽7，用于将整个底板平稳地装夹在机床工作台上，底板1具体尺寸根据不同型号履带板尺寸而定。
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明：
挡板用于卡紧履带板两端，固定水平位置尺寸，具体形状尺寸根据履带板的实际型号而定。将制作好的挡板焊接在底板上，并确保焊接后两挡板的水平尺寸与其相配套的履带板两端相应尺寸一致。
左、右支撑板的倾斜角度严格按照特定的履带板型号及图纸要求的角度制作，在左、右支撑板上分别开设开槽，用于让出履带板防滑筋位置，开槽的位置大小根据履带板形状及尺寸而定。将制作好的左、右支撑板焊接在底板上，焊接后复检倾斜面与底板的角度，避免焊接过程导致的角度误差。
紧固螺帽焊接后的倾斜角度需保持同左、右支撑板的倾斜角度一致。焊接后，用与此螺帽内径相匹配的钻头钻穿底板，再使用与螺帽相配套的丝攻对底板进行攻丝，最终制得该夹具。

1.一种用于制备多系列履带板的夹具套件，包括有底板，其特征在于：所述底板上表面的两侧分别固定有挡板，位于挡板内侧的底板上表面分别固定有左、右支撑板，位于左、右支撑板内侧的底板上表面分别固定有多个锁紧螺帽，所述挡板、左、右支撑板以及多个锁紧螺帽的端面均为斜坡面，所述左、右支撑板的端面上分别设有开槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于制备多系列履带板的夹具套件，其特征在于：所述底板的两侧分别设有方槽。
