本实用新型属于粉碎设备技术领域，特别是涉及一种高效粉碎器。
背景技术
物料的粉碎加工是粉末涂料生产中的重要生产设备，现有的粉碎装置包括转盘和设置在转盘上周部的粉碎销钉。所述粉碎销钉竖直设在转盘上表面圆周侧边上，所述的粉碎销钉的横截面为圆形的，工作时，利用电机高速带动转盘旋转，同时带动转盘的粉碎销钉也一起高速运动，但物料被送入粉碎壳体内时，会被高速运动的粉碎销钉粉碎成粉末，但由于目前使用的粉碎销钉为圆柱体，其有效打击面较小，所以生产效率不高，因此，我们需要一种生产效率更高的粉碎装置，针对不同粉末产品类型，可选择不同形状的销钉匹配。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种高效粉碎器，该高效粉碎器的粉碎效率高，有利于提高生产效率，且粉碎粒度相对均匀。
本实用新型的技术方案在于：一种高效粉碎器，包括具有上盖的粉碎器壳体，所述粉碎器壳体底部设置有空气入口，所述粉碎器壳体内部设置有一转盘，所述转盘周部均布有用于粉碎物料的销钉，所述转盘中部上方设置有分级器和导向板，位于转盘周侧的粉碎器壳体上设置有物料进料口，所述上盖上设置有空气出口，所述销钉的横截面为三角形或多边形。
在一较佳实施例中，所述粉碎器壳体内壁上还套置有内套，所述内套下端内凸缘位于转盘下方。
在一较佳实施例中，所述转盘下侧面中部连接有驱动转轴，所述转轴的下端伸出粉碎器壳体的下端面。
本实用新型的优点在于：一是由于采用横截面为三角形或多边形的销钉，使得该高效粉碎器对物料的粉碎效率更高，有利于提高生产效率，且粉碎粒度相对均匀；二是针对不同粉末产品类型，可选择不同形状的销钉匹配。

在本实施例中，所述粉碎器壳体2内壁上还套置有内套10，所述内套10下端内凸缘11位于转盘4下方。
在本实施例中，所述转盘4下侧面中部连接有驱动转轴12，所述转轴4的下端伸出粉碎器壳体2的下端面。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高效粉碎器，其特征在于：所述转盘下侧面中部连接有驱动转轴，所述转轴的下端伸出粉碎器壳体的下端面。
