背景技术
目前在饲料加工业中，对于物料的干燥大都是直接对罐体外部的加热，很容易造成罐体内饲料受热不均匀，影响物料的出品质量，而且蒸发效果也不佳。而且有些物料蒸发出的气体直接排放大大气中会污染环境。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型目的在于提供一种解决了以上问题的干燥装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种物料干燥装置，包括罐体、进料管，所述罐体底部设有管盘，所述管盘上开有出气孔，所述管盘上连接有热风管道，所述罐体上部设有排气管道，所述排气管道上设有止回阀，所述排气管道末端接有冷凝器。
作为优选，所述热风管道上接有引风机。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型采用热风加热，底部的管盘确保物料加热均匀，保证其出品质量，蒸发出的蒸汽由冷凝器回收起来处理，避免污染环境。
