本实用新型属于有机肥料加工设备技术领域，尤其涉及一种有机肥输送干燥装置。
背景技术
有机肥富含有机酸、益生菌、多肽以及氮、磷、钾等元素，为农作物带来丰富营养的同时，改善土壤的理化性质和生物活性，促进土壤微生物繁殖，增加土壤的有机质，延长肥效，是绿色食品生长过程中的首选肥料。
生产有机肥所使用的原料比较粗糙，湿度大，容易粘连形成大的结块，因此在生产的过程中，原料干燥是必须进行且很关键的步骤。原始方法采取铺晒的方式，不仅耗时、耗力、效率很低，还会散发异味，同时容易扩散病菌。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种有机肥输送干燥装置，可以克服目前物料易粘连、效率低、存在卫生问题的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
一种有机肥输送干燥装置，所述输送干燥装置包括物料输送筒，物料输送筒外围设有加热装置，物料输送筒前端设有进料口，物料输送筒终端设有出料口和气体出口，所述气体出口通过管道与气体吸收池连接。
气体吸收池内含有活性炭。
所述物料输送筒内设有螺旋输送轴，螺旋输送轴上设有输送叶片。
所述输送叶片采用不锈钢螺旋输送叶片。
所述的加热装置为蒸汽筒。
蒸汽筒末端设有蒸汽进口，蒸汽筒前端设有蒸汽出口。
本实用新型有机肥输送干燥装置通过物料输送筒外设置的加热装置对物料进行干燥，同时通过输送筒上设置的气体出口将干燥过程中输送筒内物料产生的气体通过管道排入气体吸收池，将干燥过程产生的难闻异味以及有害气体进行吸收，避免排入大气形成污染。
气体吸收池中加入活性炭可以使得吸附更彻底、吸收量更大。
该有机肥输送干燥装置在对物料进行螺旋输送的同时，利用蒸汽筒内的蒸汽对物料进行加热，使物料在输送过程中受热并干燥，输送叶片的设置可以在物料输送中进行反复的搅拌，有利于物料的混合均匀，同时叶片也不容易粘连物料。

如图1所示，一种有机肥输送干燥装置，所述输送干燥装置包括物料输送筒4，物料输送筒4外围设有加热装置蒸汽筒10，物料输送筒4前端设有进料口1，物料输送筒4终端设有出料口6和气体出口9，所述气体出口9通过管道与气体吸收池8连接，气体吸收池8内含有活性炭。所述物料输送筒4内设有螺旋输送轴2，螺旋输送轴2上设有输送叶片3。蒸汽筒末端设有蒸汽进口5，蒸汽筒前端设有蒸汽出口7。
所述输送叶片3采用不锈钢螺旋输送叶片。

1. 一种有机肥输送干燥装置，其特征在于，所述输送干燥装置包括物料输送筒，物料输送筒外围设有加热装置，物料输送筒前端设有进料口，物料输送筒终端设有出料口和气体出口，所述气体出口通过管道与气体吸收池连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的有机肥输送干燥装置，其特征在于，气体吸收池内含有活性炭。
3.如权利要求2所述的有机肥输送干燥装置，其特征在于，所述物料输送筒内设有螺旋输送轴，螺旋输送轴上设有输送叶片。
4.如权利要求3所述的有机肥输送干燥装置，其特征在于，所述输送叶片采用不锈钢螺旋输送叶片。
5.如权利要求1-4任一所述的有机肥输送干燥装置，其特征在于，所述的加热装置为蒸汽筒。
6.如权利要求5所述的有机肥输送干燥装置，其特征在于，蒸汽筒末端设有蒸汽进口，蒸汽筒前端设有蒸汽出口。
