本实用新型涉及汽车配件,具体地说是一种节省安装空间、结构紧凑、安装方便、散热效果好的汽车二冷一体冷凝器。 
背景技术
众所周知,汽车用空调是由制冷压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器和节流阀四个基本部件组成。它们之间用管道依次连接,形成一个密闭的系统,制冷剂在系统中不断地循环流动,发生状态变化,与外界进行热量交换。其中冷凝器是将管子中的热量,以很快的方式散发到空气中。大部分的汽车冷凝器置于水箱前方,把气体转变成液体的装置;汽车齿轮箱内的机油在引擎内部除了富有润滑及清洁作用外,还能吸收引擎所释放出来的热量,而机油却只能在密封的引擎内不断循环,将所吸收的热量慢慢地释放出去。但当引擎在高转速运作或长时间运作时,机油所吸收的热量便会相当之高,而滚烫的机油无法将热量迅速释放时,机油的润滑便会开始下降,这样在丧失润滑功能的机油下操作引擎,零件便容易受到磨损产生损耗。如能适当地装上机油冷却系统-汽车油冷器,机油的耐热性便会大为提高,同时引擎便不会因此缺乏耐力,性能亦不会下降。现有的汽车空调冷凝器和汽车油冷器都分别是由两根集流管和多根散热扁管组成,两根集流管平行设置,集流管上设有进流孔、出流口和安装架,集流管间设有微通道散热扁管,它们分别独立设置,其不足是结构不紧凑、安装不方便、生产成本高、散热效果差等。

本实用新型的目的是克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构紧凑、安装方便、生产成本低、散热效果好的汽车二冷一体冷凝器。 
本实用新型可以通过如下措施达到: 
一种汽车二冷一体冷凝器,包括集流管和微通道散热扁管,两根平行的集流管间阵列有微通道散热扁管,其特征在于集流管隔片将集流管和微通道散热扁管分隔成冷凝器和油冷器两个独立的液流循环系,两侧的集流管上分别设有冷凝器和油冷凝的进出液口。
本实用新型使用时,一般通过安装支架置于风扇前方,分别经管路与汽车空调系和机油冷却系相连,对机体内的热蒸气和机油同时进行冷却。节省了很大的汽车安装空间,具有结构紧凑、安装方便、工艺简单、集流管整齐美观等优点。
