Abstract

一种抓草机的单线双连双摇组合力臂，由油缸、斜T形摇臂、Z形摇臂相连接组成。油缸顶端固定在抓草机的抓具后部，油缸底端通过销接方式连接斜T型摇臂中间，斜T形摇臂一端销接在抓草机大臂的前横梁上，另一端销接连接Z形摇臂前端，Z形摇臂中间臂销接在抓草机大臂中横梁上，后端销接在抓草机大臂后横梁上。本实用新型可以使加长大臂抓取省时省力，卸载角度大，无死点，卸载时只有油缸推动抓具动作，后面的摇臂连杆不用工作，减少了各个销轴点的磨损，延长使用寿命。而且组合简单，更有益的是可以把抓具换成装载机的铲斗装卸物料，提高卸载高度。大臂上升时使铲斗自动端平不撒物料。

本实用新型涉及农用机械抓草机领域，特别是涉及一种抓草机的单线双连双摇组合力臂。
背景技术
一般抓草机的动力臂都是把油缸固定在后支点上，油缸推动摇臂，摇臂带动连杆，连杆带动抓具翻转，达到装卸物料的目的，然而，为达到高举装卸的目的，抓草机的力臂一般采用加长设计，随之而来的就是油缸固定支点前移和连杆加长，这样设计的缺陷是由于油缸固定支点前移造成掘起力小、功耗大、加长连杆容易弯曲，且过长的连杆推动抓具容易造成死点和抓具卸载角度小。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种抓草机的双连双摇组合力臂，它解决了上述现有技术中存在的诸多问题，而且组合简单、节约成本、安全耐用。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种抓草机的双连双摇组合力臂，由油缸、斜T形摇臂、Z形摇臂相连接组成。
油缸顶端固定在抓草机的抓具后部，油缸底端通过销接方式连接斜T型摇臂中间，斜T形摇臂一端销接在抓草机大臂的前横梁上，另一端销接连接Z形摇臂前端，Z形摇臂中间臂销接在抓草机大臂中横梁上，后端销接在抓草机大臂后横梁上。
所述的Z形摇臂是由三条金属臂通过销接方式连接组成。
本实用新型的有益效果是：可以使加长大臂抓取省时省力，卸载角度大，无死点，卸载时只有油缸推动抓具动作，后面的摇臂连杆不用工作，减少了各个销轴点的磨损，延长使用寿命。而且组合简单，更有益的是可以把抓具换成装载机的铲斗装卸物料，提高卸载高度。大臂上升时使铲斗自动端平不撒物料。

如图1、图2所示，一种抓草机的双连双摇组合力臂，由油缸1、斜T形摇臂2、Z形摇臂3相连接组成。
油缸1顶端固定在抓草机的抓具4后部，油缸1底端通过销接方式连接斜T型摇臂2中间，斜T形摇臂2一端销接在抓草机大臂的前横梁5上，另一端销接连接Z形摇臂3前端，Z形摇臂3中间臂销接在抓草机大臂中横梁6上，后端销接在抓草机大臂后横梁上。
所述的Z形摇臂3是由三条金属臂通过销接方式连接组成。

1.一种抓草机的单线双连双摇组合力臂，其特征在于：它是由油缸（1）、斜T形摇臂（2）、Z形摇臂（3）相连接组成；油缸（1）顶端固定在抓草机的抓具（4）后部，油缸（1）底端通过销接方式连接斜T型摇臂（2）中间，斜T形摇臂（2）一端销接在抓草机大臂的前横梁（5）上，另一端销接连接Z形摇臂（3）前端，Z形摇臂（3）中间臂销接在抓草机大臂中横梁（6）上，后端销接在抓草机大臂后横梁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抓草机的单线双连双摇组合力臂，其特征在于：所述的Z形摇臂（3）是由三条金属臂通过销接方式连接组成。
