本实用新型涉及一种用于剥离卵子周围结构的针。
背景技术
目前,剥卵针为尖端较细,直径渐变的管状结构。在用剥卵针反复抽吸及吹出卵子的过程中,利用末端较细的孔口,将卵子周围的颗粒细胞等结构剥离,以便观察卵子受精情况或对卵子进行精子显微注射等操作。为了适应不同大小卵子剥离颗粒细胞的需要,剥卵针末端孔径有130μm、135μm和150μm等规格。但是当用小孔径剥卵针剥离相对较大卵子时,有可能使卵子受到损伤。当用大孔径剥卵针剥离相对较小的卵子时,则不能有效剥离卵子周围的结构。
发明内容
为了克服现有剥卵针的不足,本实用新型提供一种可适用于不同大小卵子的剥卵针。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种剥卵针,所述的剥卵针为末端孔径大于前端的L形管状结构。剥卵针末端孔径略大于直径最大的卵子,其后的管腔渐次变细。这样,同一规格的剥卵针可以适用于所有大小的卵子。为了在显微镜下观察到卵子在剥卵针中进退情况,将剥卵针制成L状。
管腔内径由末端开始渐次变细。当卵子被吸入到剥卵针内时,由于剥卵针直径渐次变细,周围颗粒细胞逐渐被剥脱。
本实用新型的有益效果是,由于该剥卵针末端口径最大,适用于对各种大小卵子周围颗粒细胞的剥离,此外,由于该剥卵针管腔由粗渐次变细,卵子周围颗粒细胞在剥卵针内进退的过程中可以逐渐被剥离。

本实用新型所述的1、一种剥卵针,所述的剥卵针为末端1孔径大于前端2的L形管状结构,管腔内径由末端1开始渐次变细,末端1内径为200微米,前端2内径为100微米。
剥卵时,将剥卵针的较细的前端2与剥卵枪或口件相连接,抽吸和吹出受精液滴中的卵子,直至卵子周围的颗粒细胞被剥离。然后,观察完成剥离的卵子是否受精并进行评分,并将其转移到胚胎培养液中。
