背景技术
在目前的滴灌管（带）生产中，需要对生产过程中的滴灌带进行真空定型和冷却，所使用的真空定型箱和冷却箱是分别独立设置的，其不足之处在于：由于分别设置，占用空间较大，其使用的箱体的前后全部是一个形状，或圆形、或方形，由于工艺的要求，通常在箱体内焊接隔板，焊接后造成箱体表面凹凸不平。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构紧凑、加工容易、节约材料、真空定型与冷却箱为一体式结构的滴灌带生产用真空定型冷却箱。
为达到以上目的本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：该滴灌带生产用真空定型冷却箱，包括真空定型箱箱体和冷却箱箱体，其特征在于：真空定型箱箱体的后端与冷却箱箱体的前端固定连接为一体，在真空定型箱箱体的前、后端的壁上设有通孔，真空定型箱箱体的内腔与冷却箱箱体的内腔通过真空定型箱箱体后端部的通孔相连通，在真空定型箱箱体的侧壁上设有真空泵连接口，冷却箱箱体的后端壁上设有后通孔，在冷却箱箱体两端的侧壁上设有进水口和出水口。
本实用新型还通过如下措施实施：所述的真空定型箱箱体的断面形状为八边形，冷却箱箱体的断面形状为四边形。

参照附图1、图2、图3制作本实用新型。该滴灌带生产用真空定型冷却箱，包括真空定型箱箱体1和冷却箱箱体2，其特征在于：真空定型箱箱体1的后端与冷却箱箱体2的前端固定连接为一体，在真空定型箱箱体1的前、后端的壁上设有通孔6，真空定型箱箱体1的内腔与冷却箱箱体2的内腔通过真空定型箱箱体1后端部的通孔6相连通，在真空定型箱箱体1的侧壁上设有真空泵连接口3，通过真空泵连接口3连接真空泵，以利于真空定型箱箱体1的内腔形成真空状态，冷却箱箱体2的后端壁上设有后通孔7，在冷却箱箱体2两端的侧壁上设有进水口5和出水口4，进水口5和出水口4分别接水管，以便于在冷却箱箱体2腔内盛满水，对滴灌带进行冷却。
所述的真空定型箱箱体1的断面形状为八边形，冷却箱箱体2的断面形状为四边形。
    使用时，塑料挤出机挤出的圆形料坯通过前端的通孔6进入真空定型箱箱体1腔内，真空泵连接在真空泵连接口3上，开启真空泵后，真空定型箱箱体1腔内形成真空状态，挤出的圆形料坯定型为滴灌管（带），然后通过后端的通孔6进入冷却箱箱体2腔内，充分冷却后从后通孔7导出，完成滴灌管（带）的定型冷却。

1.滴灌带生产用真空定型冷却箱，包括真空定型箱箱体（1）和冷却箱箱体（2），其特征在于：真空定型箱箱体（1）的后端与冷却箱箱体（2）的前端固定连接为一体，在真空定型箱箱体（1）的前、后端的壁上设有通孔（6），真空定型箱箱体（1）的内腔与冷却箱箱体（2）的内腔通过真空定型箱箱体（1）后端部的通孔（6）相连通，在真空定型箱箱体（1）的侧壁上设有真空泵连接口（3），冷却箱箱体（2）的后端壁上设有后通孔（7），在冷却箱箱体（2）两端的侧壁上设有进水口（5）和出水口（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滴灌带生产用真空定型冷却箱，其特征在于：所述的真空定型箱箱体（1）的断面形状为八边形，冷却箱箱体（2）的断面形状为四边形。
