本实用新型涉及一种滴灌管(带)的改进,具体地说是一种增强型内镶式滴灌管,适用于滴灌工程。
背景技术
目前的内镶式滴灌管(带)在满足水力性能的前提下,还应满足一定的机械强度,以方便机械敷设。在内镶式滴灌管(带)的生产中,为了扩大推广应用范围,降低生产成本,滴灌管的壁厚向薄型化和利用回收料的方向发展。这种内镶式滴灌管包括管壁和灌水器,灌水器固定在管壁的内壁上,管壁由聚乙烯塑料材料制成,其不足之处在于:但在实际生产和应用中,容易造成断裂或拉伸变形,造成生产中断。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种既能满足使用要求,节省材料,提高抗拉强度,又能降低生产成本的增强型内镶式滴灌管。
为了达到以上目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:该增强型内镶式滴灌管,包括管壁和灌水器,灌水器固定在管壁的内壁上,其特征在于:在管壁的外壁上对称的固定上两条加强筋。
本实用新型还通过如下措施实施:所述的灌水器与两条加强筋在同一个平面上。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:与目前使用的内镶式滴灌管相比,由于灌水器粘合在管壁和加强筋的复合层处,提高了抗拉强度,管壁的壁厚小于0.15mm,并可以利用回收料生产,有效地节约了材料。

具体实施方式
参照附图1制作本实用新型。该增强型内镶式滴灌管,包括管壁1和灌水器2,灌水器2固定在管壁1的内壁上,其特征在于:在管壁1的外壁上对称的固定上两条加强筋3。
所述的灌水器2与两条加强筋3在同一个平面上。
所述的管壁1由聚乙烯塑料材料制成;所述的加强筋3由聚丙烯增强塑料材料制成。
在生产本实用新型时,使用两台挤出机,一台挤出聚乙烯塑料制作管壁1,另一台挤出聚丙烯增强塑料制作加强筋3,共用一个复合机头挤出条形增强复合管壁,加强筋3自动复合在管壁1上,再将灌水器2固定在管壁1的内壁上,经真空定型、冷却、牵引即可生产本实用新型。由于灌水器2粘合在管壁1和加强筋3的复合层处,提高了抗拉强度。

1.增强型内镶式滴灌管,包括管壁(1)和灌水器(2),灌水器(2)固定在管壁(1)的内壁上,其特征在于:在管壁(1)的外壁上对称的固定上两条加强筋(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增强型内镶式滴灌管,其特征在于:所述的灌水器(2)与两条加强筋(3)在同一个平面上。
