背景技术
目前使用的生物质燃料颗粒机,是一种在固定的环境内置回转的双滚轮、挤压生物质使颗粒从环模内向环模外排出,其生产能力比较小,耗能比较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种双辊模生物质颗粒机,颗粒成型率高,构造简单,生产率高,能耗小。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:包括料斗、齿轮箱、传动轴和机座,其特征是:在料斗的下端设置两个并列的喂料辊,在两个喂料辊之间设置喂料口,在喂料口处组装能上下移动调整的尖劈体;在两个传动轴上连接两个啮合的齿轮,两个齿轮分别固定连接位于喂料口下方的辊模,辊模上设置均布的挤料孔,在辊模的内腔设置锥体拨板。
本实用新型的优点是:颗粒成型率高,构造简单,由于辊模的直径可以做大、辊模面做宽,辊模的模孔数量大于现有技术的环模孔数十几倍,生产率高,能耗小。

具体实施方式
见图1-6,具体结构如下:在料斗7的下端设置两个并列的喂料辊9,在两个喂料辊之间设置喂料口,在喂料口处组装能上下调整的尖劈体8,尖劈体8通过两侧的连接螺丝组装在机壳上的安装长孔上;两个传动轴2分别通过轴承3、13组装在机座1上;在两个传动轴2上连接两个啮合的同径齿轮11,两个齿轮11分别固定连接位于喂料口下方的辊模6,辊模6上设置均布的挤料模孔,两辊模6上的挤料模孔数相同,两辊模6上的挤料模孔位置互相错开,即两辊模6上的模面与模孔相互对应;在辊模的内腔设置锥体拨板5。锥体拨板5尾端出料口通向下方设置传送带的集料室4.,一个传动轴2一端连接联轴器12,联轴器12连接电机输出轴。
工作原理:两个辊模6相向转动时,从上部料斗7的喂料口处均匀落料,生物质散料进入两辊模6间被相互挤压,生物质散料被挤压进入模孔成为颗粒后经由回转的锥体拨板5排出辊模内腔外。
