本实用新型涉及成套开关设备，尤其涉及一种配电柜盖板。
背景技术
我们现在做的配电柜顶盖均为一块1.5mm厚钢板直接盖在柜顶，此结构最大的缺陷就是强度不够，当设备出厂后在运输和安装过程中极易损坏或下陷，在现场调整起来非常麻烦，这样当柜体排列好后整体效果很差，对产品整体质量有所影响。
发明内容
针对已有技术的不足，本实用新型目的在于提供一种配电柜盖板，将顶盖的加工工艺进行修改，在原盖板的受力部门进行压加强筋，来提高其盖板的强度。
配电柜盖板，包括：柜体盖板、加强筋、散热孔，所述的柜体盖板上设有散热孔，柜体盖板安装在柜体的顶部，采用拉伸模具在油压机上对柜体盖板进行拉伸加强筋，其拉伸深度为2mm，宽度为8mm，经过这样加工后的盖板其机械强度得到大大的提高，从而达到了顶盖加强的作用。

下面结合附图与实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细描述：
如图1、2所示，配电柜盖板，包括：柜体盖板、加强筋、散热孔，所述的柜体盖板1上设有散热孔3，柜体盖板1安装在柜体的顶部，采用拉伸模具在油压机上对柜体盖板进行拉伸加强筋2，其拉伸深度为2mm，宽度为8mm，经过这样加工后的盖板其机械强度得到大大的提高，从而达到了顶盖加强的作用。柜体盖板1安装在柜体的顶部，一般都在母线的顶部，当柜体安装好后应该是一条直线，如果向下弯曲严重还有可能降低和开关柜主母线间距离，容易存在安全隐患。

1.配电柜盖板，包括：柜体盖板、加强筋、散热孔，其特征在于：所述的柜体盖板上设有散热孔，柜体盖板安装在柜体的顶部，拉伸模具在油压机上对柜体盖板进行拉伸加强筋，其拉伸深度为2mm，宽度为8mm，从而达到了顶盖加强的作用。
