本实用新型涉及一种输液针针管刃面对正装置。
背景技术
输液针针管的尖端刃面为一斜面,在输液针针管制造完成后,需要检查其尖端是否存在毛刺。业界通常采用光学镜头采集输液针针管尖端影像,再通过计算机程序进行检测。在检测时,所有输液针针管尖端的刃面朝向必须一致,现在缺乏一种能使多个输液针针管刃面朝向一致的装置。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的即在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能使多个输液针针管刃面朝向一致的输液针针管刃面对正装置。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
输液针针管刃面对正装置,它包括搓板和固定板,搓板的横截面为倒三角形,固定板的横截面为矩形,搓板与固定板平行设置,搓板的顶部高于固定板的顶部,搓板的端部与水平的气缸A连接,固定板的侧面与气缸B连接,气缸B水平设置且与气缸A垂直。
本实用新型的工作原理为:输液针针管置于搓板与固定板之间,气缸B带动固定板移动使固定板与输液针针管接触,输液针针管的顶部与搓板接触,气缸A带动搓板来回移动,带动输液针针管旋转,使输液针针管的刃面旋转至与搓板贴合,最终让所有输液针针管的刃面朝向一致。
本实用新型的优点在于:能自动使多根输液针针管的刃面朝向一致。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,输液针针管刃面对正装置,它包括搓板1和固定板2,搓板1的横截面为倒三角形,固定板2的横截面为矩形,搓板1与固定板2平行设置,搓板1的顶部高于固定板2的顶部,搓板1的端部与水平的气缸A3连接,固定板2的侧面与气缸B4连接,气缸B4水平设置且与气缸A3垂直。
如图2所示,输液针针管5置于搓板1与固定板2之间,气缸B4带动固定板2移动使固定板2与输液针针管5接触,输液针针管5的顶部与搓板1接触,气缸A3带动搓板1来回移动,带动输液针针管5旋转,使输液针针管5的刃面6旋转至与搓板1贴合,最终让所有输液针针管5的刃面朝向一致。

1.输液针针管刃面对正装置,其特征在于:它包括搓板(1)和固定板(2),搓板(1)的横截面为倒三角形,固定板(2)的横截面为矩形,搓板(1)与固定板(2)平行设置,搓板(1)的顶部高于固定板(2)的顶部,搓板(1)的端部与水平的气缸A(3)连接,固定板(2)的侧面与气缸B(4)连接,气缸B(4)水平设置且与气缸A(3)垂直。
