本实用新型涉及热轧领域，尤其涉及一种粗轧机主轴扁头套耐磨板定位装置。
背景技术
热轧带钢厂2150线粗轧机主轴是由德国福伊特生产制造，扁头套采用可拆卸式耐磨板来与轧辊棍头接触传递扭矩，采用两颗M30螺栓和一颗30mm定位销固定，由于长期受交变应力载荷作用，螺栓经常折断，最终导致扁头套使用不到半年就要下机修复，每次修复费用在45万左右，造成备件资金的大量浪费，2150线只有一架粗轧机，如果扁头套突然损坏对生产造成极大威胁。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种粗轧机主轴扁头套耐磨板定位装置，减少耐磨板窜动造成扁头套磨损。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
一种粗轧机主轴扁头套耐磨板定位装置，其特征在于，包括扁头套、耐磨板、螺栓、定位销，耐磨板通过螺栓、定位销固定于扁头套上。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
减少耐磨板窜动造成扁头套磨损，延长扁头套使用寿命，减少维修次数，节约生产成本。

具体实施方式
见图1，一种粗轧机主轴扁头套耐磨板定位装置，包括扁头套，其特征在于，包括耐磨板3、螺栓1、定位销2，耐磨板3通过4个螺栓1、2个定位销2固定于扁头套上。
将耐磨板3通过4个M36的高强螺栓1、2个40mm的定位销2固定在扁头套上，固定螺栓时，使用扭力扳手进行紧固，保证紧固力矩均衡。耐磨板3与扁头套预先设有相应的通孔，这样可延长使用寿命，如果螺栓1损坏，可直接更换螺栓1，不必修整耐磨板3或者扁头套。
本实用新型可减少耐磨板窜动造成扁头套磨损，延长扁头套使用寿命，减少维修次数，节约生产成本，每年可节约近百万元。
