本实用新型属于水泥熟料收尘设备技术领域，涉及一种熟料散装收尘装置。
背景技术
在水泥熟料散装时，目前使用的收尘装置由于其散装机壳体空间不足，熟料颗粒在落入车内后呈锥形分布，由于运输车体向前移动，其外漏部分后面没有收尘负压，引起扬尘，严重污染环境，影响正常的生产作业。
发明内容
发明人在日常的工作过程中，发现现有水泥企业在对熟料装车时存在着上述缺陷，经过设计改进，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种收尘效果好的熟料散装收尘装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采取的技术方案是所设计的熟料散装收尘装置包括散装机壳体，壳体上的下料管和风机，在所述壳体上从下料管处沿车体移动的反方向设一大容积壳子，在所述壳体上沿车体移动的方向设配重体。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案所设计的熟料散装收尘装置，通过对现有的收尘装置加以改进，增设壳子增加了收尘面积，增设配重体保持了收尘装置的平衡，大大地减轻了熟料装车现场的扬尘，改善了工作环境。

下面结合附图对本实用新型熟料散装收尘装置的结构作具体说明。
参见图1，本实用新型熟料散装收尘装置的结构包括散装机壳体4，壳体4上的下料管2和风机3，在壳体4上从下料管2处沿运输车移动的反方向设一大容积壳子5，制作时，将原有壳体上1400mm*800mm的一边割掉并加宽，改为焊接成1400mm*1200mm是壳子，再在壳子5上加上筋板，这样收尘面积就增加了0.56m2，为保持壳体4的平衡，在壳体4上沿运输车移动的方向设配重体1。
本实用新型经试制试用后，能够有效地减轻水泥熟料在散装时出现的扬尘现象，净化了工作环境。

1.一种熟料散装收尘装置，包括散装机壳体，壳体上的下料管和风机，其特征是在所述壳体上从下料管处沿车体移动的反方向设一大容积壳子，在所述壳体上沿车体移动的方向设配重体。
