本实用新型公开了一种粉体加工车间三级除尘系统，包括滤芯式除尘器、袋式除尘器及水膜除尘器，所述滤芯式除尘器通过管道与袋式除尘器连接，所述袋式除尘器通过管道与水膜除尘器连接。本实用新型将投料除尘装置与灌装除尘装置通过负压引风管整合到一起，再与袋式除尘器及水膜除尘器相连，从而实现了粉体加工车间的三级除尘，提高了除尘效率，有效减少了投料和包装时粉尘的逸出，最终排放的气体基本不含粉尘，避免了空气污染，从而达到清洁化生产的目的。

粉体加工车间安装有多种粉体加工设备，其中螺旋输送机和自动包装机是粉体加工作业中经常使用的两种设备。螺旋输送机的投料口和自动包装机的灌装口是粉体加工车间粉尘的主要来源之一，一些车间虽安装有负压除尘系统，但负压除尘系统的吸尘罩通常位于设备上方，距离尘源较远，除尘效果不够理想，特别是灌装口等死角的粉尘更是难以清除干净。残留的粉尘会对操作人员的身体健康产生威胁，特别是农药粉体加工车间，一些有毒有害粉尘被人体吸入后会严重危害人体健康。

实用新型目的：本实用新型的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足，提供一种能有效控制粉体加工车间内粉尘污染的三级除尘系统。
技术方案：本实用新型所述的粉体加工车间三级除尘系统，其目的是这样实现的，一种粉体加工车间三级除尘系统，包括滤芯式除尘器、袋式除尘器及水膜除尘器，所述滤芯式除尘器通过管道与袋式除尘器连接，所述袋式除尘器通过管道与水膜除尘器连接。
所述滤芯式除尘器与袋式除尘器之间、袋式除尘器与水膜除尘器之间均设有引风机。
有益效果：本实用新型将投料除尘装置与灌装除尘装置通过负压引风管整合到一起，再与袋式除尘器及水膜除尘器相连，从而实现了粉体加工车间的三级除尘，提高了除尘效率，有效减少了投料和包装时粉尘的溢出，最终排放的气体基本不含粉尘，避免了空气污染，从而达到清洁化生产的目的。

参见图1所示，一种粉体加工车间三级除尘系统，包括滤芯式除尘器1、袋式除尘器2及水膜除尘器3，所述滤芯式除尘器1通过管道与袋式除尘器2连接，所述袋式除尘器2通过管道与水膜除尘器3连接。所述滤芯式除尘器1与袋式除尘器2之间、袋式除尘器2与水膜除尘器3之间均设有引风机4。
参见图2所示，粉体生产车间安装有螺旋输送机5和自动包装机6（图中未完全示出），在螺旋输送机5的料斗口上设有滤芯式除尘器1-1，自动包装机6的下料管与灌装头连接处设有塑料罩7，灌装头处设有隔尘罩8，塑料罩7与隔尘罩8均通过管道与滤芯式除尘器1-2连接，滤芯式除尘器1-1、1-2均接入车间内的负压管道系统，由负压管道系统连接袋式除尘器2，再由管道经袋式除尘器2输送到水膜除尘器3，经过三道除尘工序，排出的尾气中基本不含粉尘粒子，不会对环境造成危害。
