本实用新型涉及一种铅酸电池的引出极柱。
背景技术
目前铅酸电池塑壳普遍采用的有两种,一种是ABS材料注塑而成,另一种是PP材料注塑而成。而在引出极柱密封时,ABS塑壳可以通过环氧树脂胶封来实现密封;而PP材料塑壳由于PP材料本身是无极性材料,无法通过环氧树脂胶封来实现密封,一般采用铅套形式来实现极柱密封,容易导致电池引出极柱漏液,而且铅套容易造成环境污染。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种铅酸电池的引出极柱,环保安全,可以解决电池引出极柱漏液问题。
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本实用新型采用如下方案:一种铅酸电池的引出极柱,包括柱体,所述柱体侧壁上设有与电池盖相配合的用于将柱体与电池盖热封的热封圈。
作为优选,所述热封圈内侧壁设有若干凸出,所述柱体侧壁设有若干与凸出相配合的凹槽,所述热封圈通过凸出嵌在凹槽内从而固定在柱体上。热封圈与柱体连接紧密,一方面增强了极柱柱体与密封圈的结合力,另一方面延长了爬酸路径。
作为优选,所述热封圈的边缘设有与电池盖相配合的凸起圈。凸起圈与电池盖相应部分配合,作为电池热封时的热封面,这样热封圈与电池盖热封时的密封效果好。

本实用新型采用上述技术方案提供的一种铅酸电池的引出极柱,环保安全,可以解决电池引出极柱漏液问题。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示,一种铅酸电池的引出极柱,包括柱体1,所述柱体1侧壁上设有与电池盖相配合的用于将柱体与电池盖热封的热封圈2。所述热封圈2内侧壁设有若干凸出,所述柱体1侧壁设有若干与凸出相配合的凹槽,所述热封圈2通过凸出嵌在凹槽内从而固定在柱体1上。所述热封圈2的边缘设有与电池盖相配合的凸起圈3。
本实用新型中,热封圈2通过专用模具注塑在柱体1上,使得电池内部的酸液无法渗透到极柱表面;电池封盖时,采用热封工艺,将电池盖和电池底壳,以及电池盖与热封圈2热熔合,从而实现整个电池的密封,热封圈2边布设置凸起圈3,热封效果好。本实用新型中热封圈2为PP材料或ABS材料,也可以为其他合适的热封材料。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铅酸电池的引出极柱,其特征在于:所述热封圈(2)内侧壁设有若干凸出,所述柱体(1)侧壁设有若干与凸出相配合的凹槽,所述热封圈(2)通过凸出嵌在凹槽内从而固定在柱体(1)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种铅酸电池的引出极柱,其特征在于:所述热封圈(2)的边缘设有与电池盖相配合的凸起圈(3)。
