背景技术
自聚丙烯材料的锂离子电池方形塑料壳开发成功以来,由于其具有质量轻、造型简单、无污染、可回收利用等独特优势,现已广泛应用于各种锂离子电池。由于电池塑料壳体的上盖板上只开有一个孔,用以注液,当电池内部压力过大时会造成鼓壳现象。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有锂电池塑料外壳存在无法泄压的不足,提供了一种双孔锂电池塑料外壳。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术手段实现的:包括壳体、盖板、盖板上的正极和负极,盖板上设有透气孔和注液孔,透气孔覆盖单向透气膜。
上述技术方案中透气孔大于注液孔。
与现有技术相比本实用新型具有以下明显的优点:塑料壳的上盖板上同时开有透气孔和注液孔,透气孔尺寸相对较大,在电池烘烤过程中排除水分,待注液前完全密封;注液孔尺寸较小,在电池注液和化成过程中排气,待电池化成完毕,进行密封,当电池内部压力过大时可以通过透气孔泄压。
