本实用新型公开了一种太阳能电池组件组框机的校平装置,包括固定升降框架,和位于固定升降框架之上分布的垂直的支撑架;其中,在所述支撑架上按一定间隔设有吸盘。因此,通过校平装置,可以将太阳能组件面板在支撑架之外向下弯曲,在支撑架之内向上弯曲,吸盘吸附向上弯曲部位,把面板吸平,保证支撑架上的太阳能组件面板进行吸附校正的平面调整处于同一基准面上。

技术领域
本实用新型属于太阳能电池组件组框机的校平装置,可有效控制太阳能组件面板组框前的弯曲变形。 
背景技术
太阳能组件面板是由玻璃、EVA、连接好的单组电池、EVA 、备板合在一起,压实形成一整体,通过铆接机构进行组框。因此,在组框时太阳能组件面板由支撑架支撑,存在弯曲变形现象。即太阳能组件面板在支撑架之外向下弯曲,在支撑架之内向上弯曲。因此,由于存在弯曲变形现象,影响玻璃和EVA之间的结合性及与框架间的插入配合。 
发明内容
鉴于上述现状,本实用新型提供了一种太阳能电池组件组框机的校平装置,实现了组框前,将太阳能组件面板校平,不产生弯曲变形,保证支撑架上的太阳能组件面板的平面调整处于同一平面内。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:太阳能电池组件组框机的校平装置,包括固定升降框架,和位于固定升降框架之上分布的垂直的支撑架;其中,在所述支撑架上按一定间隔设有吸盘。因此,太阳能组件面板通过支撑架支撑,利用支撑架上的吸盘对弯曲部位的面板进行吸附校正。 
在本新型中,所涉及支撑架上的吸盘,彼此直接连接,或是在支撑架与吸盘之间设置万向节,用于自行调节,达到最佳位置。 
本新型所指的万向节属已有技术。 
因此,本实用新型通过支撑架上设置的吸盘,可以有效的控制位于支撑架上太阳能组件面板的平面调整处于同一基准面上,保证玻璃和EVA之间的结合性,提高组框的质量。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图实施例对本新型作进一步说明。 
见图1所示的太阳能电池组件组框机的校平装置,包括固定升降框架3,和位于固定升降框架3之上分布的垂直的支撑架1。在本实施例中所述的支撑架1上按一定间隔设有吸盘2。本实施例的吸盘2直接与支撑架1连接,通过吸盘2对弯曲部位的太阳能电池组件面板进行吸附校正。 
图2给出了与图1不同的实施例。它是在图1的基础上,作了相应的变化。即在所涉支撑架1与吸盘2的连接之间设有万向节4,通过万向节4自行调节,达到最佳位置。 
实施本新型的关键,可以将太阳能组件面板在支撑架之外向下弯曲,在支撑架之内向上弯曲,吸盘吸附向上弯曲部位,把面板吸平,保证支撑架1上的太阳能组件面板的平面调整处于同一基准面上。

1.太阳能电池组件组框机的校平装置,包括固定升降框架,和位于固定升降框架之上分布的垂直的支撑架;其特征在于,所述的支撑架(1)上按一定间隔设有吸盘(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池组件组框机的校平装置,其特征在于,所述的支撑架(1)上的吸盘(2),彼此直接连接,或是在支撑架(1)与吸盘(2)之间设置万向节(4)。
