背景技术
箅冷机是水泥厂熟料烧成系统中的重要主机设备，其主要功能是对水泥熟料进行冷却、输送；同时为回转窑及分解炉等提供热空气，是烧成系统热回收的主要设备。随着现代新型干法水泥生产技术和装备的迅速发展，以及水泥熟料箅冷机的技术不断提高，高效能、运行可靠的熟料箅冷机成为确保系统生产能力的关键。 
箅床应保持活动和高温风机通风，防止箅床变形堆雪人和风叶变形。箅床出现故障时，大幅度减料、慢窑、降低高温风机拉风。当熟料经过箅床后，温度足够低，才能在下一道工序中，更充分的碾磨。 
发明内容
本实用新型针对以上技术问题，快速降温，提高熟料易磨性，同时大大降低了水泥磨电耗的箅冷机辅助降温装置。 
本实用新型的具体技术方案如下： 
一种箅冷机辅助降温装置，由箅床、喷头、喷洒控制装置组成，箅床上方安装喷头，喷头连接喷洒控制装置。
本系统是在原来的箅冷机降温装置上增加了水雾喷头，在熟料通过箅床的时候，在箅床的上方喷洒水雾，帮助熟料迅速降温。 
本实用新型的优点在于：能让经过箅床的熟料快速降温，提高熟料易磨性，同时大大降低了水泥磨电耗。
