    现有的兰盘传动装置为金属件之间硬连接,存在的问题是震动大,设备直接传递震动,导致整体设备因为钢性连接而在工作中剧烈震动。另外一个问题是硬连接导致设备工作中噪音大,工作环境中始终有烦躁的噪音。金属件之间硬连接对关联设备中的轴承等关键部位造成冲击,使轴承承受很大的压力,缩短了设备使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型正是针对以上技术问题,提供一种尼龙棒法兰盘,以实现减震、降噪、保护设备、延长使用寿命的技术效果。
