本实用新型涉及一种滑轮支撑架总成，特别是一种用于固定胶管的滑轮支撑架总成。
背景技术
目前，在叉车前部连接油缸等一些胶管，随着叉车的工作一些胶管也必须上下左右的移动，这样就很容易造成胶管之间的摩擦毁损；同时，很多胶管设置在同一个部位，很难区分，胶管等一些部件出现故障很难维修，这些严重影响了工作效率。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术存在的缺点，本实用新型提供一种滑轮支撑架总成，胶管滑轮和滑轮支架，胶管滑轮通过固定螺栓固定在滑轮支架中，胶管滑轮的上方设置有限位轴，限位轴上设置有保护套。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，胶管滑轮的最高端与限位轴之间的距离不大于胶管的直径。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，保护套完全包裹限位轴。
本实用新型的优点在于：结构简单，不仅可以固定胶管，还可以防止胶管之间的摩擦。

如图1所示，本实用新型涉及一种滑轮支撑架总成，胶管滑轮1和滑轮支架2，胶管滑轮1通过固定螺栓4固定在滑轮支架2中，胶管滑轮1的上方设置有限位轴3，限位轴3上设置有保护套5，保护套5完全包裹限位轴3上，保护套5材质是橡胶。
胶管滑轮1的最高端与限位轴3之间的距离不大于胶管的直径，胶管置于胶管滑轮1上时可不与限位轴3接触。保护套5完全包裹限位轴3。
本实施例的有益效果在于：结构简单，不仅可以固定胶管，还可以防止胶管之间的摩擦。

1.一种滑轮支撑架总成，其特征在于：包括胶管滑轮（1）和滑轮支架（2），所述胶管滑轮（1）通过固定螺栓（4）固定在滑轮支架（2）中，所述胶管滑轮（1）的上方设置有限位轴（3），所述限位轴（3）上设置有保护套（5）。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种滑轮支撑架总成，其特征在于：所述胶管滑轮（1）的最高端与限位轴（3）之间的距离不大于胶管滑轮（1）固定的胶管的直径。
