螺杆压缩机中,转子的形状基本上决定了螺杆压缩机的性能,目前世界上已有的有代表性的转子型线主要分布在德国、瑞典、日本和台湾。这些代表性的转子型线因设计取向不同,选取不同的曲线及其组合,各有利弊。从总体而言,现有技术存在的共同缺点是:转子直径小,线速度偏高,齿数比较多。在实际应用中会出现噪声高,振动大,特别转子齿形比较单薄,刚性不足,从而影响到加工效率,压缩效率,使用寿命等一列问题。上述问题需要通过技术创新予以解决。

本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种增强刚性,降低线速,齿轮小且噪音低的螺杆压缩机转子。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案: 
一种螺杆压缩机转子,包括阳转子和阴转子,其特征在于:阳转子和阴转子的双边非对称,其组成曲线均为圆弧或圆弧包络线,阳、阴转子的齿数比为4∶5,阳转子和阴转子之间的间隙为0.08~0.14mm,以阳转子的中心为原点,阳转子、阴转子有间隙的实际型线的坐标如下:

与现有技术相比,本实用新型有以下优势: 
一、阴、阳转子间扭矩的传递方式采用类似于齿轮的渐开线接触方式,是线与线的接触方式,与现有的很多设计采用的点与点的接触方式相比,提高了转子之间扭矩传递的可靠性。 
二、转子完全实现“曲面对曲面”的密封,在整个接触过程中,转子间始终保持良好的密封,并且泄漏三角形面积较小,转子接触表面相对运动产生的 的摩擦最小,有助于形成流体动力润滑膜,降低通过接触带的横向泄漏,提高压缩机的压缩效率。 
三、采用阳转子和阴转子齿数4∶5的比例,改善了转子的加工性能,便于采用磨削法加工,提高加工效率和检验效率。 
四、吸气面积大,转子克服高压侧到底压测的共轭作用力小,传递的扭矩比较小,压缩机的排气量较大。 
五、阴转子齿形比较厚实强劲的阴转子,转子在运动中比较平稳,减少了因转子变形而产生咬死的可能。
