本实用新型公开了一种防止出气孔堵塞的水制氢容器,即本水制氢容器包括内胆、外壳和若干防水透气膜,内胆设于外壳内,内胆与外壳之间形成空腔,外壳顶部开有出气孔并连通内胆与外壳之间的空腔,内胆表面间隔设有若干微孔,若干防水透气膜设于内胆的若干微孔表面。本水制氢容器有效避免了水制氢容器出气孔的堵塞,杜绝了传统容器的安全隐患,水制氢容器可随意放置,保证了人身和设备安全。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种防止出气孔堵塞的水制氢容器。
背景技术
水制氢容器广泛应用于燃料电池领域,如图1所示,储氢材料3放置于容器1内,容器1内灌入一定量的水4,容器1顶部开有出气孔2,水4与储氢材料3反应后生成氢气并从容器1顶部的出气孔2溢出,容器1内生成的氢气提供给燃料电池并与空气反应后得到燃料电池电源。该水制氢容器存在较大的安全隐患,容器需始终处于直立位置,不得侧倾,一旦侧倾容器内水堵住出气孔导致氢气无法溢出,不断生成的氢气充满容器并压力不断增大,则可能发生爆炸或燃烧事故,危及人身和设备安全。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种防止出气孔堵塞的水制氢容器,本水制氢容器有效避免了水制氢容器出气孔的堵塞,杜绝了传统容器的安全隐患,水制氢容器可随意放置,保证了人身和设备安全。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型防止出气孔堵塞的水制氢容器包括内胆、外壳和若干防水透气膜,所述内胆设于所述外壳内,所述内胆与所述外壳之间形成空腔,所述外壳顶部开有出气孔并连通所述内胆与外壳之间的空腔,所述内胆表面间隔设有若干微孔,所述若干防水透气膜设于所述内胆的若干微孔表面。
进一步,上述内胆是聚碳酸脂内胆。
进一步,上述若干防水透气膜是橡塑防水透气膜。    
由于本实用新型防止出气孔堵塞的水制氢容器采用了上述技术方案,即本水制氢容器包括内胆、外壳和若干防水透气膜,内胆设于外壳内,内胆与外壳之间形成空腔,外壳顶部开有出气孔并连通内胆与外壳之间的空腔,内胆表面间隔设有若干微孔,若干防水透气膜设于内胆的若干微孔表面。本水制氢容器有效避免了水制氢容器出气孔的堵塞,杜绝了传统容器的安全隐患,水制氢容器可随意放置,保证了人身和设备安全。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,本实用新型防止出气孔堵塞的水制氢容器包括内胆5、外壳6和若干防水透气膜9,所述内胆5设于所述外壳6内,所述内胆5与所述外壳6之间形成空腔7,所述外壳6顶部开有出气孔2并连通所述内胆5与外壳6之间的空腔7,所述内胆5表面间隔设有若干微孔8,所述若干防水透气膜9设于所述内胆5的若干微孔8表面。
进一步,上述内胆5可以采用聚碳酸脂内胆。
进一步,上述若干防水透气膜9可以采用橡塑防水透气膜。
储氢材料3和水4放置于本水制氢容器的内胆5中,反应生成的氢气经内胆5表面的若干微孔8和防水透气膜9溢出至内胆5与外壳6之间的空腔7,空腔7内氢气从外壳6的出气孔2溢出;同时内胆5中水4由于受防水透气膜9的阻挡,整个水制氢容器随意处于任何位置均不会从内胆5的微孔8中溢出,从而确保外壳6的出气孔2的畅通,避免由于水溢出导致的堵塞,保证了水制氢容器的安全,消除了制氢过程中的安全隐患。

1.一种防止出气孔堵塞的水制氢容器,其特征在于:本水制氢容器包括内胆、外壳和若干防水透气膜,所述内胆设于所述外壳内,所述内胆与所述外壳之间形成空腔,所述外壳顶部开有出气孔并连通所述内胆与外壳之间的空腔,所述内胆表面间隔设有若干微孔,所述若干防水透气膜设于所述内胆的若干微孔表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防止出气孔堵塞的水制氢容器,其特征在于:所述内胆是聚碳酸脂内胆。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防止出气孔堵塞的水制氢容器,其特征在于:所述若干防水透气膜是橡塑防水透气膜。
