背景技术
目前，粉料、浆料、树脂等非金属颗粒粉末挤压成型时，大多都是通过电机驱动将粉料由原料仓运输至料斗，再由料斗匀速放料传送至下道工序进行加工。但传统的电机驱动装置为交流电机，交流电机是磁场旋转运动，而导体不动，直流电机是磁场不动，导体在磁场中运动。电机稳定性直流电机好于交流电机。由于交流电机不能保证原料由原料仓匀速运输至料斗，料斗匀速放料的前提下料斗中的原料也不能始终保持在同一水平线，导致传送带上的原料出现局部粉料不均匀的情况，最终影响产品的性能。
发明内容
为了解决原料不能由原料仓匀速运输至料斗，料斗匀速放料的前提下料斗中的原料也不能始终保持在同一水平线，导致传送带上的原料出现局部粉料不均匀的问题，本实用新型提供一种匀速加料装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种电机驱动的加料装置，包括原料仓、料斗，输送管道和输送带，输送管道设置在原料仓和料斗之间，输送带设置于料斗的出口下面，其特征在于：所述输送管道上设置直流电机，通过直流电机将原料仓的物料匀速的输送到料斗中。
本实用新型在使用时，将加料的直流电机安装于输送管道上，保证原料由原料仓匀速运输至料斗，在料斗匀速放料的前提下料斗中的原料能够始终保持在同一水平线，下落至传送带上的原料也很均匀。
本实用新型的有益效果是，由于原料匀速运至料斗，保证料斗匀速放料始终保持在同一水平面上，因此下落至传送带上的原料也很均匀，最终成品的均匀性也很好，不会出现厚度高低不平的现象。

如图1所示，一种电机驱动的加料装置，包括原料仓3、料斗2，输送管道5和输送带1，输送管道5设置在原料仓3和料斗2之间，输送带1设置于料斗2的出口下面，在输送管道5上安装直流电机4，直流电机4驱动输送管道5内的输料杆匀速旋转，这样就可以将原料仓3的物料匀速的输送到料斗2中。
