本实用新型提供一种PEEK阀片车加工夹具，夹具本体为圆盘结构，夹具本体的尾部设有夹具凸台，夹具本体的夹持面的设有若干个定位销、螺丝孔呈环形对称分布，定位销与螺丝孔相间分布，压板中部设有通孔，压板套装在螺栓上固定在夹具本体夹持面的螺丝孔中。使用时，将PEEK阀片放置在夹具本体的夹持面上，通过定位销将其定位，压板通过螺栓压装在PEEK阀片上，旋转螺栓与夹具本体上的螺丝孔连接，对刀找正后车内外径和端面。夹具本体设置定位销和螺栓连接结构，可以很好的装夹住PEEK阀片，保证了PEEK阀片的同心度和平面度要求。

背景技术
在加工PEEK阀片时，由于壁厚太薄（4-6mm），在加工时不易装夹，而且极易变形，无法达到同心度和平面度要求。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种PEEK阀片车加工夹具，解决了PEEK阀片加工后同心度和平面度差的问题。
本实用新型技术解决方案如下：
夹具本体为圆盘结构，夹具本体的尾部设有夹具凸台，夹具本体的夹持面的设有若干个定位销、螺丝孔呈环形对称分布，定位销与螺丝孔相间分布，压板中部设有通孔，压板套装在螺栓上固定在夹具本体夹持面的螺丝孔中。
本实用新型使用时，将PEEK阀片放置在夹具本体的夹持面上，通过定位销将其定位，压板通过螺栓压装在PEEK阀片上，旋转螺栓与夹具本体上的螺丝孔连接，对刀找正后车内外径和端面。
本实用新型的积极效果在：夹具本体设置定位销和螺栓连接结构，可以很好的装夹住PEEK阀片，保证了PEEK阀片的同心度和平面度要求。

具体实施方式
在图1所示，本实用新型包括夹具本体1、定位销3、压板5、螺栓6等组成；其中，夹具本体1为圆盘结构，本体1的尾部设有夹具凸台2，夹具本体1的夹持面设有四个定位销3和螺丝孔4呈环形对称分布，螺丝孔4设在定位销3环形之间；压板5中部设有通孔，压板5套装在螺栓6上，固定在本体1夹持面的螺丝孔4中。
本实用新型使用时，将PEEK阀片7放置在夹具本体1的夹持面上，通过定位销3将其定位，压板5通过螺栓6压装在PEEK阀片7上，旋转螺栓6与夹具本体1上的螺丝孔4连接，对刀找正后车内外径和端面。
