本实用新型由一组伸缩杆、一组支杆、挡板和底座组成，支杆一端活动安装在挡板上，另一端与伸缩杆一端相连，一组伸缩杆和挡板安装在底座上。
本实用新型的优点是：将H型钢构放置在本装置的一组支杆上（根据不同厚度的H型钢构，可自行调节支杆的倾斜角度），使H型钢构倾斜放置在支杆上，方便操作人员进行相关操作，省时省工省力。
