[0030] 再进ー步地,所述塑料外壳11底部具有安装体114,所述塑料外壳11由所述安装体114朝向所述塑料外壳11顶部渐扩,所述容置空间113由所述塑料外壳11的底部至所述塑料外壳11的顶部逐渐扩张,所述散热肋2111相对于所述散热体211外围的高度由所述塑料外壳11的底部至所述塑料外壳11的顶部逐渐增加。通过安装体114可更好地与灯头31连接,根据不同的灯头31,所述安装体114可制成对应的配合安装结构,如根据目前长用的E27、E14灯头,安装体114可对应制成相应大小,并带外螺纹以便于安装。而所述容置空间113的渐扩和所述散热肋2111高度的増加都可増加散热面积和热交换面积,同时LED模组51安装在所述散热器21顶部的吸热体212上,这样所述散热体211越到顶部温度越高,而通过渐扩设计散热面积和热交換面积也是从越靠所述散热体211顶部面积越大,能更有效果散热。
[0031] 具体地,所述塑料外壳11朝向其内部凸设有若干凸筋115,所述凸筋115沿着所述套筒112的轴线方向延伸,所述散热肋2111开设有凹槽2113,所述凸筋115对应容入所述凹槽2113内并于所述凸筋115与所述凹槽2113之间形成有散热通道2114。通过设置所述凸筋115可増加所述塑料外壳11的结构强度,同时所述散热肋2111上开设有所述凸筋115对应容入的所述凹槽2113可更好固定所述散热器21,而所述凸筋115与所述凹槽2113之间形成有散热通道2114则进ー步增强散热效率。
[0032] 进ー步地,所述散热孔111为沿着所述套筒112轴线方向从所述散热体211底至所述散热体211顶部的长条状孔。通过所述长条状设置可使所述散热体211与外界的热交换面积更大,散热更好。
[0033] 进ー步地,所述套筒112上设置有沿所述套筒112的轴线方向延伸的至少一安装柱116,所述吸热体212上对应安装柱116位置设有安装孔2122,所述吸热体212上设有导线孔2121。这样可用螺钉等零件将LED模组51穿过所述安装孔2122直接固定在所述安装柱116上,可更好固定所述LED模组51,也能起到固定所述散热器21的作用,同时开设所述导线孔2121可方便所述LED模组51与所述驱动电源41进行电连接。[0034] 进ー步地,所述套筒112内侧设置有用于供ー驱动电源41卡设的电源固定柱117。所述的电源固定柱117可用来固定所述驱动电源41,防止电源的晃动产生损坏电源或电连接的接点松动,而影响产品质量。所述驱动电源41通过所述电源固定柱117固定于所述套筒112的内側,让所述驱动电源41与外界物理隔绝,大大增强了人员使用安全性。

[0036] 所述驱动电源41上设有电连接端子411,所述驱动电源41固定在所述电源固定柱117上;所述LED模组51上开设有与所述导线孔2121对应的接线端子孔511和与所述安装孔2122对应的通孔512,所述LED模组51通过螺钉5121穿过所述通孔512及所述安 装孔2122固定在所述塑料外壳11内的安装柱116上,通过电连接卡扣5111穿过所述接线端子孔511和所述导线孔2121卡在所述驱动电源41的电连接端子411上,这样安装简单,方便。优化地,所述LED模组51与所述吸热体212之间还可以加设导热板71,所述导热板71上开设有供所述电连接卡扣5111穿过的开ロ 711及供所述螺钉5121穿过的小孔712,这样可更好地将所述LED模组51散发的热量传导到所述吸热体212上;为进ー步增加导热性,可在所述导热板71与所述吸热体212之间涂抹导热硅胶,在所述LED模组51与所述导热板71之间也涂抹导热硅胶;本实施例也可在所述LED模组51与所述吸热体212之间直接涂抹导热硅胶。
[0037] 请參见图7,本实用新型实施例中公开了三种灯头31,E27灯头312、E14灯头311及普通卡扣灯头313,通过所述塑料外壳11上的安装体114安装在所述灯头31中。将所述安装体114制成不同的大小和形状,可分别配合安装于所述E27灯头312、E14灯头311及普通卡扣灯头313中;进ー步地,所述安装体114也可制成其他形状以适应配合安装于插拔式灯头,如G5. 3、GlO灯头,或其他灯头中。
[0038] 综上所述,本实用新型实施例的灯体100,在用于LED灯泡时,这样就能使灯发出的热量通过散热器扩散散出,并通过所述散热孔111与外界进行热交換,有效保证了所述LED灯泡的散热,而所述塑料外壳11上的温度并不高,这样在人触碰到所述LED灯泡塑料外壳11时不会感觉到烫手。同时使用所述灯体100的LED灯泡,这种灯泡在更换、试用、维修等时候接触到所述的塑料外売,不会烫伤皮肤,及防止因烫手而摔落,有效降低灯泡的维修率。
[0039] 所述外壳11内具有套筒112,形成双层结构,使得用户可根据不同需求和技术发展灵活更换不同重量的散热器21,大大減少了金属铝的浪费,实实在在地节约资源,更直观地体现了 LED灯节能环保的理念。
