本实用新型涉及一种机房机柜浮动螺母的拆装工具,尤其涉及一种机柜钳。
背景技术
目前国内外人员在从事机房机柜、交换机安装和拆卸工作时的通用做法是用手安装浮动螺母,但在相邻的两个交换机距离太近的狭小空间里,交换机浮动螺母的卡扣扣压用手指完成难度很大,且手指还容易划伤,此时就需要用一定时间卸掉相邻一个交换机,空出足够的空间才能完成浮动螺母的卡扣的扣压,从而完成交换机安装或拆卸。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种提能够提高工作人员进行交换机安装和拆卸工作效率和交换机安装和拆卸时的安全系数的机柜钳。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为一种机柜钳,包括左钳把和右钳把,左钳把和右钳把的上端相铰接,左钳把和右钳把之间固定连接有拉簧,其特征是:所述的左钳把上固定连接有上钳臂,上钳臂远离左钳把端设计有左钳爪,上钳臂的下表面设计有导向座,导向座上开有导向孔,右钳把上铰接有下钳臂,下钳臂穿过导向孔,下钳臂远离右钳把端设计有右钳爪,右钳爪与左钳把相对应。    
此结构中,左钳把和右钳把上带有绝缘橡胶套。
此结构中,拉簧位于左钳把和右钳把之间的下部。
本实用新型的优点效果在于:由于本实用新型的这种结构,各部件分配合理、操作简单、安全可靠,所以使用本实用新型能够避免了手指与浮动螺母卡扣的直接接触,消除了危险,缩短浮动螺母卡扣的拆装时间,从而缩短交换机安装与拆卸时间,完全避免多余工作,提高工作效率。

本实用新型如图1所示,一种机柜钳,包括左钳把6和右钳把5,左钳把6和右钳把5的上端相铰接,左钳把6和右钳把5之间固定连接有拉簧3,其特征是:所述的左钳把6上固定连接有上钳臂1,上钳臂1远离左钳把6端设计有左钳爪9,上钳臂1的下表面设计有导向座2,导向座2上开有导向孔,右钳把5上铰接有下钳臂7,下钳臂7穿过导向孔,下钳臂7远离右钳把5端设计有右钳爪8,右钳爪8与左钳把6相对应。在本实施例中,左钳把6和右钳把5上带有绝缘橡胶套4,在本实施例中,拉簧3位于左钳把6和右钳把5之间的下部。
使用本使用新型时,直接用左钳爪和右钳爪代替手指直接扣在浮动螺母卡扣的外缘即可,然后闭合左钳把和右钳把,这样左钳爪和右钳爪就捏住浮动螺母卡扣拆下即可。

3.根据权利要求2所述的机柜钳,其特征在于:所述拉簧(3)位于左钳把(6)和右钳把(5)之间的下部。
