背景技术
传统型收割机的行走机构大致有两种方式。一种是轮胎式：这种芦苇收割机主要存在着动力不足，行走无力等问题；另一种是履带式：这种芦苇收割机结构复杂，价格较贵，行走起来又相对较慢，而且收割后秸秆参差不齐，不便打捆。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述传统型芦苇收割机中存在的诸多问题，提供了一种结构简单、动力强劲、行走速度较快、工作效率高且价格合理的四驱芦苇收割机。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种四驱芦苇收割机，由割台、推铲、前支架、铰接架、柴油箱、飞轮、变速箱皮带轮、柴油机、车架、转向油缸、油管、液压油箱、油泵、割台变速箱、驱动变速箱、前轮驱动桥、后轮驱动桥、驱动传动轴、割台传动轴、多路控制阀、驾驶室等主要部分组成。
其中割台和推铲焊接在前支架上，前支架和车架通过铰接架相铰接，铰接架焊接在车架上，柴油机用螺栓固定在车架后部，驱动变速箱和油泵通过三角带与柴油机相连接，前轮驱动桥和后轮驱动桥通过驱动传动轴连接，并在驱动传动轴之间安装有驱动变速箱，割台变速箱通过三角带连接到割台，油泵与液压油箱管接，液压油通过多路阀供给转向油缸。
所述推铲用于将收割后的秸秆茬推倒，防止秸秆茬扎破轮胎，确保收割机轮胎安全。
所述转向油缸经油管受多路阀控制，用于收割过程中收割机的转向。
本实用新型具有以下优点：结构简单，维修方便，经济实用；通过液压系统完成对转向油缸的控制，可以达到原地不动轻松转动方向盘转向的目的，转向更随意方便，改变了传统原地转向困难的缺点；
变速箱输出的前后两个传动轴连接至前后驱动桥，使机器行走更强劲有力；采用越野工程轮胎，使机器在复杂的地况中抓地力更强，不易打滑；配置了推铲，有效的避免了橡胶轮胎被秸秆扎破情况的发生；收割效率高，且收割过后秸秆倒放的比较整齐，易于打捆装车。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明：如图1和图2所示，一种四驱芦苇收割机，由割台1、推铲2、前支架3、铰接架4、柴油箱5、飞轮6、柴油机8、车架9、转向油缸10、油管11、液压油箱12、油泵13、割台变速箱14、驱动变速箱15、前轮驱动桥16、后轮驱动桥17、驱动传动轴18、割台传动轴19、驾驶室20等主要部分组成。
其中割台1和推铲2焊接在前支架3上，前支架3和车架9通过铰接架4相铰接，铰接架4焊接在车架9上，柴油机8用螺栓固定在车架9后部，驱动变速箱15和油泵13通过三角带与柴油机8相连接，前轮驱动桥16和后轮驱动桥17通过驱动传动轴18连接，并在驱动传动轴18之间安装有驱动变速箱15，割台变速箱14通过三角带连接到割台1，油泵13与液压油箱12通过油管11连接。
柴油机启动后，柴油机将动力分为三部分向外输送，一部分经三角带传输给变速箱，经变速箱连接的传动轴传递给驱动桥，形成四驱行走系统；另一部分经三角带传输给油泵，油泵将液压油箱里的液压油经多路阀通过油管输送给转向油缸，形成液压转向系统；还有一部分由与飞轮相连接的传动轴传递给变速箱，然后经变速箱由三角带将动力传输给割台，形成收割系统。

1.一种四驱芦苇收割机，其特征在于：它是由割台（1）、推铲（2）、前支架（3）、铰接架（4）、柴油箱（5）、飞轮（6）、柴油机（8）、车架（9）、转向油缸（10）、油管（11）、液压油箱（12）、油泵（13）、割台变速箱（14）、驱动变速箱（15）、前轮驱动桥（16）、后轮驱动桥（17）、驱动传动轴（18）、割台传动轴（19）、驾驶室（20）等主要部分组成；其中割台（1）和推铲（2）焊接在前支架（3）上，前支架（3）和车架（9）通过铰接架（4）相铰接，铰接架（4）焊接在车架（9）上，柴油机（8）用螺栓固定在车架（9）后部，驱动变速箱（15）和油泵（13）通过三角带与柴油机（8）相连接，前轮驱动桥（16）和后轮驱动桥（17）通过驱动传动轴（18）连接，并在驱动传动轴（18）之间安装有驱动变速箱（15），割台变速箱（14）通过三角带连接到割台（1），油泵（13）与液压油箱（12）通过油管（11）连接。
