技术背景
在电子行业中,经常会用到烘烤箱装置来对电子产品的元器件进行加热;周知,大多数烘烤箱装置一般都是通过一个风机和加热系统对烘烤箱仓壁进行加热,然后通过仓壁的热量对烘烤箱的内部进行辐射加热,此方法加热速度慢,且内部热风无法循环,使得箱内温度均匀性不充分;因此,该类设备一般功率大,能耗高,效率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种实用性高的能对150℃以下电子产品的元器件进行烘烤的内循环真空烘烤箱装置。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
它包括一真空烘烤箱箱体,所述的真空烘烤箱箱体设有PLC控制器和加热元件,在真空烘烤箱箱体内设置一外循环风机,组成内仓外表循环风加热系统,所述的真空烘烤箱箱体各部件通过密封固定元件连接。
优选地,所述的真空烘烤箱箱体内设有一增仓,增仓包括一套加热元件和内循环风机。
优选地,所述的真空烘烤箱设有一10寸彩色触摸屏。
优选地,所述的外循环风机和内循环风机固定于真空烘烤箱箱体上方。
由于采用了上述结构,本实用新型的内循环真空烘烤箱装置在使用时通过通过内循环系统,解决了烘烤过程中的温度均匀性不充分的问题,使锂电池电芯或电子元件在烘烤的过程中,烘烤的一致性更好,提高了产品品质。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型实施例的内循环真空烘烤箱装置包括一外循环风机2,所述的外循环风机2和加热元件4构成外部加热系统对烘烤箱内仓的外表进行加热,从而形成外部的加热循环,真空烘烤箱箱体各主要部件通过密封固定元件5连接;所述的真空烘烤箱箱体内设有一增仓,其内增加了一套加热元件4和内循环风机1,通过注入干燥的氮气循环实现仓内的热风循环,图2中箭头表示了热风的方向及循环;同时,系统采用10寸彩色触摸屏集中控制3,通过整合温度模块,可即时显示温度曲线、数据等,并自动生成历史记录。
通过两个循环的实现,首先是通过外循环风机和加热元件对内仓的外表加热,形成外部循环;在此基础上,在内仓里面增加一个内循环风机和加热元件,通过排风口和进风口实现内部循环,通过干燥氮气实现内循环的加热,干燥的过程温度均匀,所有的动作都通过PLC程序自动控制;本内循环真空烘烤箱装置具有以下特点:1、大幅提升加热速度,提高生产效率;2、可充入气体进行热风循环,使物品迅速升温,并精确保持温度一致性;3、可降低能耗20%--30%。
