本发明公开了一种中药材电烘箱，包括箱体、门和温度控制仪，所述箱体内的中部还设有由隔热板和绝缘板构成热风室，热风室的顶部安装鼓风机，热风室左右两侧的隔热板上均设有均匀分布的出风口，所述绝缘板自上而下设有若干电热管。它克服了现有技术单向热循环，受热范围不均，烘干程度不均的缺陷。具有能耗少，成本低，效率高，维修调整方便的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种烘箱，具体涉及一种中药材电烘箱。
背景技术
电烘箱是通过电源使电热管加热，当它被加热物体吸收时可直接转变为热能，从而获得快速干燥效果，达到缩短生产周期，节约能源，提高产品质量等目的。目前，电烘箱外壳一般采用薄钢板制作，外壳与工作室之间填充隔热层。加热器安装底部，也可安置顶部或两侧，再加装温度控制仪使烘箱的操作更简便。但这种电烘箱为单向热循环，受热范围不均，烘干程度不均，对于中药材、香菇等植物的烘烤，必须要经常翻动或上下层移位才能达到烘干效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种受热范围均匀，无需翻动即可烘干的中药材电烘箱。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的中药材电烘箱，包括箱体、门和温度控制仪，所述箱体内的中部还设有由隔热板和绝缘板构成热风室，热风室的顶部安装鼓风机，热风室左右两侧的隔热板上均设有均匀分布的出风口，所述绝缘板自上而下设有若干电热管。
所述热风室两侧的箱体内均设有筛架，筛架的下端安装滑轮，滑轮置于箱体内底部的滑道上。
所述箱体的上顶四个角上设在排风口，该排风口上设有调节板。
本发明机采用中部设置热风室，两侧双向热循环原理。空气循环采用鼓风机垂直循环送风方式，风循环均匀高效。冷室气从顶部由鼓风机经由电热器，迅速升温形成一定热风压力后，经由两侧隔热板上的出风口均匀排出，至箱内两边移动筛架上各层筛盘，烘烤物在加热烘干的同时将湿气由排风口输出，确保室内温度均匀性，无需翻动烘烤物就可以达到较为满意的烘烤效果。当室温达到设定值时电热器停止工作，当低于设定温度1℃时电热器恢复加热。
本发明克服了现有电烘箱单向热循环，受热范围不均，烘干程度不均的缺陷。特别适用于金银花、菊花等中药材，以及香菇等蔬菜的烘干。其特点如下：
1、耐用性较强：由于电热器被密封在箱体内，与外界空气接触面小，因此不易被氧化腐蚀；
2、电气控制安全精确可靠，结构合理，烘烤物品受热均匀，有效工作面积大，功能全，操作简单，噪音小，可靠性高；
3、能耗少，成本低，效率高，维修调整方便；
4、与传统电烘箱比较，缩短加工时间，提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
由图1、图2和图3可见，本发明的中药材电烘箱，包括箱体1，箱体1内壁设有保温层2，保温层2外壁再设防潮板3，箱体1正面设有对开的门4，温度控制仪可以设在箱体上或设在其它便于操作的位置。箱顶的四个角上设有排风口，排风口上设有调节板5。箱体内的中部还设有由隔热板6和绝缘板7构成热风室，热风室的顶部安装鼓风机8，热风室左右两侧的隔热板6上均设有均匀分布的出风口9，绝缘板7自上而下设有若干电热管10。热风室将箱体隔成两个工作室，两个工作室内均设有筛架11，筛架11上摆放筛子12。筛架11的下端安装滑轮13，滑轮13置于箱体内底部的滑道14上。
本实施方式的基本参数：
电热器：12KW；
电机：450W；
温度：30-100℃；
温控：±1℃。

1.一种中药材电烘箱，包括箱体、门和温度控制仪，其特征是：所述箱体(1)内的中部还设有由隔热板(6)和绝缘板(7)构成热风室，热风室的顶部安装鼓风机(8)，热风室左右两侧的隔热板(6)上均设有均匀分布的出风口(9)，所述绝缘板(7)自上而下设有若干电热管(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药材电烘箱，其特征是：所述热风室两侧的箱体(1)内均设有筛架(11)，筛架(11)的下端安装滑轮(13)，滑轮(13)置于箱体内底部的滑道(14)上。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的中药材电烘箱，其特征是：所述箱体(1)的上顶四个角上设在排风口，该排风口上设有调节板(5)。
