背景技术
目前外墙保温工程,在安装发泡水泥板时,必须在发泡水泥板上钻安装孔,然后在安装孔上打锚栓进行固定,因此,安装该发泡水泥板工艺复杂,影响安装效率,而且钻孔时容易造成发泡水泥板破裂。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种施工方便的发泡水泥板。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种发泡水泥板,在所述发泡水泥板的外边缘设有开放槽。
在所述发泡水泥板的内腔包有真空隔热板。
所述开放槽的横截面为圆弧。
所述圆弧为四分之一圆。
本实用新型的技术效果是:本实用新型在制作发泡水泥板的时候就设有开放槽,当本实用新型发泡水泥板拼在一起时,相邻的开放槽就形成一个圆形孔,在拼成的圆形孔安放锚栓固定在墙体上即可,这样,安装本实用新型发泡水泥板工序简单,并且提高安装效率。

下面结合附图和实施例详细说明。
如图1至图4所示,本实用新型实施例的一种发泡水泥板,在所述发泡水泥板2的外边缘设有开放槽3,发泡水泥板的内腔也可包有真空隔热板1。本实施例发泡水泥板的四个顶角设有开放槽3,所述开放槽3的横截面为圆弧,本实施例圆弧采用四分之一圆,目的是上下左右本实施例四块发泡水泥板拼在一起时,四块发泡水泥板的中心形成一个完整的圆形孔,在该拼成的圆形孔安放锚栓4进行固定,这样使用锚栓少,安装方便,有利于提高安装效率和减少安装成本,如图5所示。
生产本实用新型发泡水泥板时,首先,在模具内腔的指定边缘安放芯模,芯模也可由模具本身一体带有,芯模形状与开放槽的形状相同,芯模的高度就是发泡水泥板的厚度;其次,将发泡水泥灌入模具内腔,然后阴干成型,拆模具,在发泡水泥板的芯模处形成开放槽。
安装本实施例发泡水泥板时,将上下左右本实施例四块发泡水泥板拼在一起时,四块发泡水泥板中心形成一个完整的圆形孔,在该拼成的圆形孔安放锚栓固定在墙体上即可,固定牢靠,不会出现脱落现象。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种发泡水泥板,其特征在于:所述开放槽(3)的横截面为圆弧。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种发泡水泥板,其特征在于:所述圆弧为四分之一圆。
