本实用新型公开的穿越复杂强透水层的组合式截渗墙结构,其特征在于,由外向内依次由内墙、中间墙和外墙组合而成,其中内墙和外墙采用三轴搅拌桩成墙,中间墙采用高压旋喷桩成墙。本实用新型的组合截渗墙结构:由三排桩组合成墙,该构造既解决了常规措施成墙质量差的问题,又解决了极端措施施工困难的问题,一般情况下本构造比极端渗控措施更经济,施工更安全。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及水利工程和土木工程的渗流控制垂直截渗墙结构和施工方法,特别涉及适用于临江(海)水域由抛石、土工织物充填管袋等复杂成分形成的强透水性、具有双向挡水要求的水库堤坝的垂直截渗防渗的穿越复杂强透水层的组合式截渗墙结构和施工方法。
背景技术
临江(海)水域封闭构筑水库,堤(坝)往往为双向挡水,常会遇到强透水复杂夹层,在这种工况下,由于施工期存在水头差,常规的渗流控制垂直防渗墙工艺的成墙施工难度大、成墙质量差,后期在高水头差运行条件下,产生渗漏破坏的风险高、危害大,往往不得不采取一些极端的措施,造价很高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于针对具有复杂构造的强透水层渗流控制采用单一的防渗措施一般难以形成质量较好的封闭防渗体系而提供一种穿越复杂强透水层的组合式截渗墙结构。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
穿越复杂强透水层的组合式截渗墙结构,其由外向内依次由内墙、中间墙和外墙组合而成,其中内墙和外墙采用三轴搅拌桩成墙,中间墙采用高压旋喷桩成墙。
在本实用新型的一个优选方案中,中间墙的厚度为0.5m。
由于采用了如上的技术方案,本实用新型的组合截渗墙结构:由三排桩组合成墙,该构造既解决了常规措施成墙质量差的问题,又解决了极端措施施工困难的问题,一般情况下本构造比极端渗控措施更经济,施工更安全。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施方式来进一步说明本实用新型。
参见图1,图中给出的穿越复杂强透水层的组合式截渗墙结构,其由外向内依次由内墙10、中间墙20和外墙30组合而成,其中内墙10和外墙30采用三轴搅拌桩成墙,中间墙30采用高压旋喷桩成墙;中间墙的厚度为0.5m。
该穿越复杂强透水层的组合式截渗墙结构施工方法,其由以下步骤组成:
1)外墙施工
外墙采用三轴搅拌桩成墙,三轴搅拌桩采用φ850600mm布置套打并在透水夹层范围进行复搅,初步成墙阻水,改善下道工序的施工条件;
2)内墙施工
在外墙进行三轴搅拌桩成墙28天后,进行内墙施工,内墙施工采用施打三轴搅拌桩方法进行,三轴搅拌桩同样采用φ850600mm布置并套打成墙,施工时,内墙施工的三轴搅拌桩中心轴线与外墙施工的三轴搅拌桩中心轴线间距为1.35m,这样内墙与外墙之间形成净距为0.5m的槽体,槽体与内外水体进一步隔断,进一步改善下道工序的施工条件;
3)中间墙施工
在内墙进行三轴搅拌桩成墙28天后,进行中间墙施工,中间墙施工时施打高压旋喷桩,高压旋喷桩采用φ600400mm布置并套打成墙,高压旋喷桩的辅助作用是对两排三轴桩墙体的粘结与补强,达到厚度要求,从而形成防渗质量好组合整体。

1.穿越复杂强透水层的组合式截渗墙结构,其特征在于,由外向内依次由内墙、中间墙和外墙组合而成,其中内墙和外墙采用三轴搅拌桩成墙,中间墙采用高压旋喷桩成墙。
2.如权利要求1所述的穿越复杂强透水层的组合式截渗墙结构,其特征在于,所述中间墙的厚度为0.5m。
