单筒凿井绞车主要应用于煤矿、金属矿及非金属矿竖井进筒掘进时悬吊吊盘、水泵、水管、泥浆泵等掘进设备。单筒凿井绞车卷筒结构中,卷筒的中心穿有与卷筒连接固定的轴,轴的两端通过轴承安装在支承座内。卷筒转动时,轴随之转动。其缺点是:轴同时受到弯矩和扭矩,因此轴的设计、加工要求很高,需要加大轴的直径,增加了制造的成本。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种制造成本低的单筒凿井绞车卷筒支承结构。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,包括支承座1、轴2和卷筒3,轴2的两端伸入支承座1内,支承座1的侧端面设置有挡板4,挡板4分别与轴2、支承座1通过螺栓连接固定,从而将轴2固定在支承座1上。
卷筒3两端分别安装有制动轮5和齿轮6,轴2穿过卷筒3、制动轮5和齿轮6,且轴与制动轮6、齿轮6与轴2之间均安装有深沟球轴承7。
