一种触控电容屏,它包括玻璃盖板、导电玻璃、感应器、双面胶,导电玻璃上设有感应器,感应器与玻璃盖板通过双面胶贴合,双面胶为框式的口字胶;由于感应器与玻璃盖板的贴合采用的双面胶为框式的口字胶,这样双面胶中部有中空的框,因此在感应器与玻璃盖板贴合的过程中不会产生气泡,生产时无需脱泡工序,用普通双面胶代替固态光学胶,大大降低了生产材料的成本,简化了对生产设备的要求;在产品需要返工时,很容易去掉触控电容屏上的双面胶2,从新贴合,这样节约了材料,提高了成品率。

本实用新型涉及一种电容屏,尤其涉及一种触控电容屏。
背景技术
目前市场触控电容屏结构有两种:第一种是镜片玻璃盖板和导电玻璃组成的结构,第二种是镜片玻璃和两层导电薄膜组成的结构;第一种结构是两层玻璃通过液态光学胶贴合而成,上层是常用的钢化玻璃,下层是导电玻璃;第二种结构是一层钢化玻璃和两层导电薄膜通过两层固态光学胶贴合而成,这两种结构均工艺要求高,结构复杂、工艺繁琐以及不良率居高不下,导致生产成本较高。目前主流触摸电容屏结构普遍成本高,生产工艺复杂繁琐且不良率较高,而其最大的缺点就是不能返工,往往因为一点外观杂质而导致整片功能品报废。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种工艺结构简单、可返工的触控电容屏。
本实用新型是这样来实现的,它包括玻璃盖板、导电玻璃、感应器、双面胶, 其特征是导电玻璃上设有感应器,感应器与玻璃盖板通过双面胶贴合,双面胶为框式的口字胶。
本实用新型的技术效果是:由于感应器与玻璃盖板的贴合采用的双面胶为框式的口字胶,这样双面胶中部有中空的框,因此在感应器与玻璃盖板贴合的过程中不会产生气泡,生产时无需脱泡工序,用普通双面胶代替固态光学胶,大大降低了生产材料的成本,简化了对生产设备的要求。

如图1、2所示,本实用新型是这样来实现的,它包括玻璃盖板1、导电玻璃4、感应器3、双面胶2,导电玻璃4上设有感应器3,感应器3与玻璃盖板1通过双面胶2贴合,双面胶2为框式的口字胶;由于感应器3与玻璃盖板1的贴合采用的双面胶2为框式的口字胶,这样双面胶2中部有中空的框,因此在感应器3与玻璃盖板1贴合的过程中不会产生气泡,生产时无需脱泡工序,用双面胶2代替固态光学胶,大大降低了生产材料的成本,简化了对生产设备的要求,在产品需要返工时,很容易去掉触控电容屏上的双面胶2,从新贴合,这样节约了材料,提高了成品率。
