背景技术
目前,常规抄造定量80克/平方米以上的包装纸的2B4216系列网,经常用作叠网纸机的衬网和底网,该系列网经向密度为46根/公分,经线线径0.23mm,面纬为八棕一粗(0.25mm聚酯)一细(0.17mm聚酯)纬线斜纹织法,底纬为等径(0.45mm聚酯)、(0.45mm尼龙)16棕破缎纹编织,纬向密度最高可达到42根/公分。特点是网型结构稳定、透气度与纤维留着率中等,成形脱水良好、寿命也较好,由于是二层半编织结构,经线穿插面层与底层,线径范围受到限制,如果线径选粗,则抗拉强度增大,但影响面层成型效果;如果线径选细,表面成型效果较好,但网纵向抗拉强度受到影响。
另外,另一种常规抄造定量80克/平方米以上的包装纸的2B3616系列网,经常用作叠网纸机的芯网,该系列网经向密度为40根/公分,经线线径0.28mm,面纬为八棕一粗(0.28mm聚酯)一细(0.20mm聚酯)纬线斜纹织法,底纬为等径(0.50mm聚酯)、(0.50mm尼龙)16棕破缎纹编织,纬向密度最高可达到36根/公分。特点是网型结构稳定、透气度大,脱水性能良好、寿命也较好,由于是二层半编织结构,经线穿插面层与底层,线径范围受到限制,如果线径选粗,则抗拉强度增大,但影响面层成型效果;如果线径选细,表面成型效果较好,但网纵向抗拉强度受到影响。

面层网采用二综平纹织法,面层网经线线径为0.22mm,密度为21根/cm,面层网纬线为线径0.22mm的聚酯和线径0.22mm的尼龙;
底层网采用五综斜纹织法,底层网经线线径为0.30mm,密度为21根/cm,底层网纬线线径为0.40-0.55mm;
面层网和底层网采用面纬自身连接,用线径0.22mm尼龙作为连接线。
本实用新型造纸用三层成形网,与现有技术相比,其有益效果表现在:
1、面层网采用细线径的二综平纹织法,表面交织点很多,造纸抄造时成形效果好,纤维留着率高,纸页剥离性好,充分满足抄纸时的成形要求。
2、底层采用大线径的五综斜纹织法,网子MCD方向(机器方向)的抗拉强度大,底纬浮长线比率高,耐磨体积大,网子的寿命得到充分地提高。
3、三层成形网的横向挺度得到加强,在抄造使用时,网子抗变形能力强,能够抵抗纸机真空箱的真空抽吸,减少纸机用网边部磨损的程度,网的寿命得到明显提高。
4、三层成形网的厚度得到加强,网子自由空间量上升,透气和滤水能力强于二层半成形网。
5、设计型号38系列,同时能兼顾到板纸机衬芯底浆用网,替代原行的42系列和36系列的二系列网,减少了织网时的换品种引起的生产效率浪费,生产效率得到提高,供货的灵活性增加,供货周期明显减小。
6、面层网与底层网连接线采用高强度与高抗疲劳度的尼龙,同时尼龙线又作为面纬,实行自连接(self-support binding),连接强度得到保证,使得面层网与底层网结合稳固。
