背景技术
在造纸行业中，备料工段是制备良好纸浆的基础，由于采用的木本植物、禾本植物原料中存在许多沙土、石块等杂物，严重影响了制浆效果。因此，现在很多制浆厂采用湿法备料或干湿法备料，除去植物上杂质，然后对这些清洗后的材料进行脱水，保证干度。传统脱水都是用螺旋挤压脱水，这需要严格控制进草量，不易操作，且动力消耗大易损坏。因此，亟需一种操作简单方便，节能环保的挤草脱水装置。
发明内容
针对上述情况，为解决现有技术之缺陷，本实用新型之目的就是提供—种挤草脱水装置，可有效解决现有设备不易操作，动力消耗大，易损坏的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是，包括机架、导布辊、挤草辊，所述的机架一端上装有布料装置，机架中部装有由网笼，围绕网笼外侧依次在机架上装有挤草辊，构成挤草装置，机架上依次装有导布辊，靠机架一端上部的导布辊外侧的机架上装有刮刀和滑草板，滑草板置于刮刀下方，滤布绕装在导布辊、网笼和挤草辊上，网笼下部的机架上装有接水盘，网笼下部一侧的机架上装有电机，电机上装有与网笼相啮合的齿轮。
本实用新型结构简单，新颖独特，操作方便，节能环保，使用寿命长，是挤草脱水装置上的创新。

由图1所示，本实用新型包括机架、导布辊、挤草辊，所述的机架15一端上装有布料装置4，机架15中部装有由网笼16，围绕网笼16外侧依次在机架15上装有挤草辊，构成挤草装置，机架上依次装有导布辊，靠机架15一端上部的导布辊外侧的机架15上装有刮刀14和滑草板13，滑草板13置于刮刀14下方，滤布2绕装在导布辊、网笼和挤草辊上，网笼16下部的机架15上装有接水盘8，网笼16下部一侧的机架15上装有电机17，电机17上装有与网笼16相啮合的齿轮18。
所述的挤草辊包括第一挤草辊3、第二挤草辊9和第三挤草辊11，第一挤草辊3位于网笼16顶部，第二挤草辊9位于网笼16下部外侧，第三挤草辊11位于第二挤草辊9上部网笼16的外侧。
所述的机架上依次装有导布辊是，布料装置4下方机架15上装有张紧辊5和第一导布辊7，张紧辊5和第一导布辊7的上沿在同一水平面上，张紧辊5、第一导布辊7下方机架15上装有第二导布辊6，机架15一端下部装有第三导布辊10，第二导布辊6和第三导布辊10的下沿在同一水平面上，第四导布辊1安装在第三导布辊10同侧的机架顶部，其上沿和第一挤草辊3上沿在同一水平面上，校正辊12安装在第四导布辊1和第三导布辊10之间的机架15上。
本实用新型由装在机架上的布料装置、挤压装置、出料装置、动力装置构成。布料装置浆料均匀布在滤布上，挤压装置由网笼、压辊、导网辊构成，出料装置由出料刮刀和滑草板构成。动力装置由电机、传动齿轮组成。挤出的水由接水盘收集排出。本实用新型所述的高效挤草装置，与已有技术相比，其贡献是：1.采用本实用新型改变了传统的脱水装置，需严格控制进草量，不易操作；2.采用本实用新型省动力节约能耗；3.采用本实用新型不易损坏，使生产更顺畅。
本实用新型结构简单，新颖独特，操作方便，节能环保，使用寿命长，有效解决了传统脱水设备，不易操作，动力消耗大，易损坏的问题，是挤草脱水装置上的创新。

1.一种挤草脱水装置，包括机架、导布辊、挤草辊，其特征在于，所述的机架（15）一端上装有布料装置（4），机架（15）中部装有网笼（16），围绕网笼（16）外侧依次在机架（15）上装有挤草辊，构成挤草装置，机架上依次装有导布辊，靠机架（15）一端上部的导布辊外侧的机架（15）上装有刮刀（14）和滑草板（13），滑草板（13）置于刮刀（14）下方，滤布（2）绕装在导布辊、网笼和挤草辊上，网笼（16）下部的机架（15）上装有接水盘（8），网笼（16）下部一侧的机架（15）上装有电机（17），电机（17）上装有与网笼（16）相啮合的齿轮（18）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的挤草脱水装置，其特征在于：所述的挤草辊包括第一挤草辊（3）、第二挤草辊（9）和第三挤草辊（11），第一挤草辊（3）位于网笼（16）顶部，第二挤草辊（9）位于网笼（16）下部外侧，第三挤草辊（11）位于第二挤草辊（9）上部网笼（16）的外侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的挤草脱水装置，其特征在于：所述的机架上依次装有导布辊，布料装置（4）下方机架（15）上装有张紧辊（5）和第一导布辊（7），张紧辊（5）和第一导布辊（7）的上沿在同一水平面上，张紧辊（5）、第一导布辊（7）下方机架（15）上装有第二导布辊（6），机架（15）一端下部装有第三导布辊（10），第二导布辊（6）和第三导布辊（10）的下沿在同一水平面上，第四导布辊（1）安装在第三导布辊（10）同侧的机架顶部，其上沿和第一挤草辊（3）上沿在同一水平面上，校正辊（12）安装在第四导布辊（1）和第三导布辊（10）之间的机架（15）上。
