背景技术
冲裁模具是沿封闭或敞开的轮廓线使材料产生分离的模具。如落料模、冲孔模、切断模、切口模、切边模、剖切模等。目前的变速齿轮经过热锻后，齿轮的安装孔形状基本成型，但是尺寸精度仍然没有达到设计的尺寸要求，需要进行下一步的热校正模具进行整形处理。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于变速度齿轮热校正冲孔模具的阴模，进一步校正齿轮的孔位尺寸，加工效率进一步提高，可以大批量进行热校正加工，提高了变速齿轮的形位精度。

一种用于变速度齿轮热校正冲孔模具的阴模，包括方形的块体，块体中部开有漏料口，漏料口外侧为齿轮型腔，齿轮型腔外侧连接有连通缺口，块体的两侧壁上开分别开有缺口。
所述的块体的上端面上开有卸料杆安装孔。
本实用新型是将产品齿轮放入到齿轮型腔内，然后利用冲头下压冲孔，进一步校正齿轮的孔位尺寸，加工效率进一步提高，可以大批量进行热校正加工，提高了变速齿轮的形位精度。
