背景技术
    冲裁模具是沿封闭或敞开的轮廓线使材料产生分离的模具。如落料模、冲孔模、切断模、切口模、切边模、剖切模等。目前的齿轮组经过热锻后,齿轮轴的形状基本成型,但是尺寸精度仍然没有达到设计的尺寸要求,需要进行下一步的冲裁成形处理。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种自动卸料齿轮轴成型模具,采用下模的齿轮轴型腔对热锻后的齿轮轴进行冲裁,加工效率进一步提高,可以大批量进行冲孔加工,提高了齿轮轴的形位精度。

一种自动卸料齿轮轴成型模具,包括有上模固定板、下模固定板,其特征在于:上模固定板的上端固定安装有模柄,上模固定板的下端固定安装有上模,下模固定板的上端固定安装有立式的下模,下模中开有齿轮轴型腔,齿轮轴型腔呈台阶状,齿轮轴型腔内配合有齿轮轴,下模上端面上开有弹簧槽,弹簧槽内放置有弹簧。
